Supreme Court Gives President Trump Ability to Use Military Against Those Breaking Laws and Destroying American Cities

The Supreme Court gave President Trump the go-ahead to use the military against those breaking laws and destroying American cities.

The ruling this week by the Supreme Court wasn’t a win for the left, as reported by many on the left; it was a win for President Trump.  Illinois Governor Pritzker was one of those praising the ruling.

But not so fast, Pritzker.  There is much more to this ruling.  Experts say this was a win for President Trump.

🚨 HOLY CRAP — Democrats may have just made a huge mistake… and handed President Trump a wide-open lane.

By pushing this showdown all the way to the Supreme Court, they may have triggered a constitutional boomerang they didn’t see coming.

Legal analysts are already warning what this unlocks 👇
A precedent straight out of history — the same playbook Eisenhower used after Brown v. Board.

Here’s how it rolls out:

First:
• Secure federal buildings
• Protect ICE agents

If state and local officials refuse to enforce the law?
👉 Federal authority kicks in.

That means:
• Active-duty forces
• Airborne units
• Real, direct enforcement

The National Guard wouldn’t even be the first move.

Democrats thought they were boxing Trump in.
Instead, they may have just activated his full constitutional powers.

This wasn’t a block.
It was a massive miscalculation.

Backfire.
On a nuclear scale. 💥

This is consistent with our previous report following the Supreme Court’s ruling.

President Donald Trump previously told reporters on Air Force One that he is “allowed” to use the Insurrection Act it if courts deny his efforts to send the National Guard to U.S. cities.

“Everybody agrees you’re allowed to use that, and there are no more court cases, there is no more anything,” Trump said. “We’re trying to do it in a nicer manner, but we can always use the Insurrection Act if we want.”

Vice President JD Vance said on NBC’s Meet the Press that “the president is looking at all his options” but is not opposed to using the Insurrection Act.

“I think what you are seeing is the administration building a case before invoking something like the Insurrection Act,” said Loren Voss, Lawfare public service fellow. “I think it is absolutely on the table.”

On Tuesday, December 23, it was reported that the Supreme Court ruled against President Trump in his efforts to bring safety and security to cities overrun by illegals, gangs, crime, and chaos.  The American people are guaranteed protection in the Constitution.

When the states don’t provide safety and allow illegals, gangs, and crime to flourish, then the federal government has the right to act to protect those living in these areas.

Clandestine reviewed the Supreme Court’s ruling and reported the following on social media.

He reported consistently with other experts:

I am reading through the Supreme Court ruling in Trump vs. Illinois, and they ruled that Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act in order to send the troops into Chicago.

Kavanaugh in his dissent even says that this ruling “could cause the President to use the US military more than the National Guard”.

The Supreme Court just admitted that Trump has the authority to invoke the Insurrection Act to bypass Posse Comitatus and send the troops to Chicago, and any other city he wants.

Trump tried to exhaust every legal avenue possible before resulting to the Insurrection Act, but the Dems resisted and refused to cooperate.

Sounds to me like Trump just got the green light. INVOKE THE INSURRECTION ACT!

Here is more from the ruling by the Supreme Court:

Many people were calling for this.  Americans in numerous cities and states suffer under election fraud, social program fraud, gang violence, false imprisonment (e.g., Tina Peters), and much more that is unconstitutional.

President Trump is allowed to clean up this country until all Americans are truly free from the tyranny of the far-left.

  1. I like a President who is not a pedophile.

I like a President who has not been convicted of 34 felonies.

I like a President who has never been impeached
