TIME magazine came out yesterday with piece on what will happen to BS legal cases against President Trump. This is a day after President Trump won one of the greatest elections in history. Here is how far-left TIME started their piece [emphasis added]:
Donald Trump’s remarkable political comeback, culminating in his election to a second term as President, is poised to reshape the trajectory of his numerous legal challenges, many of which have dogged him for years. With the power of the White House, Trump stands to effectively shield himself from the legal accountability he has long sought to avoid—at least for the duration of his presidency.
He now becomes the first convicted felon to ascend to the presidency, and his sentencing in that New York case is set for later this month, setting up another unprecedented challenge for the judge. Trump has long framed the criminal and civil cases against him as politically motivated attacks orchestrated by his adversaries, particularly Democrats, and has used the legal scrutiny as a rallying cry to bolster his base. But with his electoral victory, he now possesses enormous leverage to sideline or completely derail those cases.
This is why Americans are turning away from the corrupt far-left media.
The media for four years labeled President Trump as former President Trump – not President Trump and here is TIME starting their article labeling President Trump – “Donald Trump”. Disgusting.
TIME highlights President Trump’s numerous legal challenges virtually ignoring the fact that all were BS and conjured up crimes out of nowhere. The MSM like TIME was happy to oblige the Biden/Obama gang and cheer on these BS cases just like they did BS Russia collusion.
TIME ignores the unconstitutional gag order place on President Trump, just a piece of the election interferance they enjoyed while pushing their made up cases and crimes.
TIME doesn’t mention Judge Merchan’s daughter making millions from Dems while the judge was persecuting President Trump. They then ingore the Supreme Court’s ruling which should throw all the cases against President Trump out. The President has immunity while President. Judge Merchan used information while he was President in this case. The case should be thrown out for that alone.
The entire case with Merchan is a fantasy to disparage and slander President Trump. President Trump committed no crimes because there are no crimes. Find one honest attorney who can explain the “crimes” in the Merchan case. You won’t find one because the “crimes” are made up combinations of state and federal law that aren’t crimes. Sad.
TIME then accuses President Trump of being a convicted felon. President Trump becomes convicted when he is sentenced which hasn’t happened yet. If the corrupt Merchan sentences President Trump, the case will be raised to the US Supreme Court and eliminated for its many problems.
DOJ heads have labeled the Merchan kangaroo court case, a mockery of justice. They know this all was to interfere in the election and stop President Trump.
Fortunately, Americans are not reading TIME’s BS pieces. They voted for a man who stands up against corruption and lies and not the liars who want him a political prisoner in prison.
