Someone needs to tell this idiot that it’s against the law to certify fraud. This judge is not a judge. He’s a corrupt actor in a black robe.
On Tuesday it was reported that:
A judge in a key battleground state has ruled that county election officials must certify results by the legal deadline even if they suspect fraud or mistakes.
Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney of Fulton County, Georgia, ruled that “no election superintendent (or member of a board of elections and registration) may refuse to certify or abstain from certifying election results under any circumstance.”
Judge McBurney is not on the side of justice having ruled in election cases against transparency and common sense to date.
Tuesday’s ruling was another horrible act by this clearly biased and corrupt judge.

Judge Robert McBurney declared that certification is a “mandatory fixed obligation” for all election superintendents.
This came after Julie Adams, a Republican on the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, argued she shouldn’t have to certify results she believes are unreliable.
But the judge shot down her concerns, saying that worries about miscounts aren’t enough to delay or refuse certification.
He even claimed that if officials could refuse to certify, “Georgia voters would be silenced.”
Early voting just kicked off in Georgia, a critical swing state in the upcoming election.
Both President Trump and Kamala Harris are zeroing in on Georgia voters.
A recent Quinnipiac poll shows President Trump leading with 50% support among likely Georgia voters, while Harris trails at 44%.
They’re trying to force officials to certify results without addressing potential issues!
We need to stand up and ensure our elections are FAIR and HONEST!
