Kamala Harris has been rumored for years to show up drunk to important meetings as VP. In this clip you can hear the alcohol in her voice. She also continues to slur and stumble on words during speeches.
There is a reason her team refuses to let her speak at certain hours or without a teleprompter. Kamala becoming President would put the United States in one of the most vulnerable positions we have ever been in.
