Judge Cannon stops Jack Smith’s latest unconstitutional and illegal action to defame and attack President Trump.
With one just judge overseeing a Trump case, the corrupt DOJ and Jack Smith are having fits. These criminals rely on corrupt judges to move forward with their efforts to harm President Trump and imprison him for life and they won’t stop.
Judge Cannon threw out Jack Smith’s BS case against President Trump the Monday after the Deep State tried to kill him in Butler, PA. She rightly claimed that Smith was not a legitimate prosecutor because there was no such position in the DOJ and he was therefore acting in an unconstitutional role. How could corrupt Jack Smith be independent from the DOJ as if he was a fourth branch run by himself reporting to no one.
Corrupt Jack Smith appealed Cannon’s action but then in November, after President Trump won the election, asked the court to dismiss his appeal.

On Tuesday Judge Cannon rightly ordered that Jack Smith not release a disgusting report with made up allegations against President Trump based on the fact that Jack Smith’s position is not constitutional in the first place.

…The order delays the report’s release until at least three days after the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals rules on a related matter. That case involves a motion by Trump co-defendants Waltine Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, who argue that releasing the report would cause “irreparable harm” and violates a prior ruling that deemed Smith’s appointment unconstitutional.
