Georgia State Representative Proposes Bill That Would Allow Georgia Elections Investigations of Corrupt SOS Raffensperger

A Georgia State Representative has proposed a bill that would allow an investigation of Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

A lawmaker in Georgia has proposed a bill that will allow the state to investigate crooked Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

The Atlantic Journal Constitution reports:

A Republican-sponsored bill introduced Friday would empower the State Election Board to investigate Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a response to the board’s decision last month not to open an inquiry.

The measure would also remove Raffensperger, a Republican, as a nonvoting member of the State Election Board and require him to cooperate with investigations.

This bill is in response to the Georgia State Elections Board’s actions in response to an investigation of the Secretary of State’s office they had in their inventory of proposed investigations.

The Board voted to push any investigation of corrupt Raffensperger to the legislature.  Despite mountains of evidence of corrupted results and wrongdoing Raffensperger certified the 2020 Election for Joe Biden.  These results were uncertifiable, yet Raffensperger certified the results and then lied about his call with President Trump and the real results in the election.
