Why are those involved in elections in Orange County challenging those who ask questions?
There are numerous questions surrounding the 2024 Election results in conservative Orange County, California. However, when questions are raised, leaders in the county go on the defensive. Who is standing up for conservatives in Orange County?
There are numerous questions surrounding the results in Orange County and because of this, there is every reason to question the legitimacy of the results in the county.
Garbage Voter Rolls
The biggest elephant in the living room impacting Orange County’s election results and the results of the entire state has to do with voter rolls. One study estimated that more than 3 million records on California’s voter rolls are non-citizens.
This was determined by comparing individuals registered in the voter rolls that were born outside the US with the number of individuals who legitimately gained US citizenship. The number of foreign born voters registered in recent years far exceeds the number of naturalized citizens. The cause of this difference is that in California, individuals who apply for drivers licenses are added to the voter rolls (Motor Voter). Many of these individuals are not US citizens. This and the barriers to verifying citizenship has led to millions on the voter rolls who aren’t US citizens.
Voter rolls in California are so bloated with non-citizens, how can any election be certified with this material issue embedded in the results?
Ballot Harvesting and Mail-in Ballots
Since California went to ballot harvesting the results have been devastating for the GOP. Heritage reported in 2019:
Vote harvesting is the collection of absentee ballots from voters by a third party who then delivers them to election officials. The term “vote harvesting” was essentially unknown to the general public until the North Carolina State Board of Elections overturned the results of the 2018 election for the Ninth Congressional District due to illegal vote harvesting, what the board called a “coordinated, unlawful and substantially resourced absentee ballot scheme.”
It was also raised as a concern in California after the unexpected losses of Republican-held congressional seats, including in Orange County, a traditional Republican stronghold, where the registrar of voters said that individuals were “dropping off maybe 100 or 200 ballots” at a time.
Ballot harvesting is still in place and all registered voters receive a ballot for the election in the mail.
Weeks of Counting
Another observation about California elections is the weeks of “counting” ballots after the election before the results are certified. America knew the results of the 2024 Election in Florida and Texas on Election night, but not so in California.
On election day at least four US Congressional seats out of six in Orange County showed that the GOP candidate ahead. But after weeks of counting, three of these candidates lost to Democrats (the 45th, 47th and 49th districts) by a total of approximately 28,000 votes.
The worst scenario was the loss by Michelle Steel. She was ahead for weeks before the election was called for her Democrat opponent.

This process of counting ballots for weeks after the election is ripe for malfeasance. The longer the time between voting and counting and the further the distance between the voter and the counting center, the easier for votes to be adjusted.
BOMB Threat
Election counting in Orange County stopped three days after the 2024 election due to a bomb threat. This is no small matter. We reported the following in a bombshell report on Sunday.
The first indication that something was up in Orange County was on Thursday, November 7, two days after the 2024 Election. Concerned citizens warned that “Newscum” had sent people to Orange County and that GOP ballots needed to be cured.
The races for the 45th, 47th and 49th district are razor thin and 364,055 ballots are still left to count. National Democrats have sent staff and volunteers from Washington DC to the Orange County Registrar of Voters. I’ll be blunt, we’re outnumbered.

On Friday evening after the election, a bomb threat was reported at the election center where ballot counting was taking place in Orange County. Initially, it was reported that staff and members of the public were removed from the center at around 6:45pm, shortly before voting was scheduled to stop for the evening.
Later we learned that the livestream of the facility was taken down when the facility was being searched for a bomb. We don’t know who made the call to shut down the livestream feed of Orange County’s election counting facility on Friday night the 8th. Per discussions with LEO’s with decades of service, the livestream provided an eye on the operations while the search of the facility was going on. Shutting down the livestream put the lives of many in peril while placing a question on the results from that time going forward. We don’t know what happened when the livestream went down and we no longer can verify that ballots weren’t tampered with via the livestream at that time.
One month later, five out of six US House races counted in conservative Orange County were “won” by Democrats. We still have no information on who was behind the bomb threat. The mainstream media is silent about the bomb threats that occurred in 7 California counties after the 2024 election and in more than 50 counties across the nation.
Orange County has responded to the bomb threat first ignoring our comments about the incident and then by claiming nearly a month since the incident that the Sheriff shut down the live stream after the counting stopped. We learned yesterday from the Orange County ROV that, “There is a separate security camera system that is always on and that stayed on while the Sheriff’s Department swept and cleared the building.”
How well this system covers the ballot counting facility is unknown, however, because there is a separate system used to livestream ballot counting, it leads one to believe that the system that stayed on does not cover the counting facility enough. We also learned that the ballot counting livestream is not recorded and every night the counting center is guarded by the Sheriff’s deputies but we have no idea if this is adequate without the livestream.
Hmmm, this entire incident is bizarre. Maybe this is why the entire narrative behind the bomb threat in Orange County is being forgotten. We don’t know who sent the bomb threat, who received it, when it was received, and how long people were allowed to count in the Orange County facility before they were removed from the counting facility.
2024 Results
In addition to all the above, the results of the 2024 election are suspect. This was all reported in this article on Sunday.
A number of issues were identified in this article including the bomb threat noted above. The two most shocking report observations in the 2024 election in Orange County related to over 300,000 ballots.
It was noted that there were 325,000 more ballots issued than there were active voters. When three US House seats were lost by a total of around 28,000 votes, this is a big deal.
The response received from the ROV was repeated by the Orange County GOP in an email sent out yesterday. The GOP basically accepted the ROV’s response and placed it in their email. Here is their comments related to the issue above:
Issue #2: There were 2,186,561 ballots issued by the Registrar of Voters but only 1,861,450 registered voters
The number of ballots issued is an accounting for every ballot printed (not every voter who received a ballot). California requires every registered voter to be mailed a ballot 30 days prior to an election. But the voter is not required to vote-by-mail, voters can choose to vote in-person at a vote center.
288,881 voters chose to vote in-person at a Vote Center, and if the voter did not bring their mailed ballot, they were issued a duplicate of their ballot to vote. This is accounted for in the “ballots issued” number.
In addition, if a voter misplaced or mismarked their ballot and requested a replacement, the duplicate ballot issued is accounted for in the “ballots issued” number as well.
We responded to the ROV in an article on Tuesday noting that the problem with sending ballots to everyone on the voter roll (among other material issues) is that there is the risk that a voter could vote more than once. The ROV suggested that this didn’t happen in Orange County because the poll pads would identify anyone asking for a ballot in person who had voted by mail. However, this doesn’t account for timing issues and we learned when the poll pads came out that they did not prevent this from happening. As a matter of fact, we reported on poll pads adding hundreds of checked-in voters in real time to election records as polls were being closed in other locations.
The other issue we reported involving more than 300,000 ballots was addressed this way by the ROV and repeated by the Orange County GOP:

The numbers cited are taken from different sources that do not add up. The first number is ONLY vote-by-mail ballots received and does not include ballots cast in-person at a Vote Center. This is clearly labeled on the website but is not reported on blogs or social media posts.When adding both vote-by-mail and in-person ballots cast, the numbers add up and are accurate.
We actually found that when we ran the query with in person voters, the number was the same. Regardless, the issues in Orange County are material.
Elections in California are broken. The number of issues identified in the Orange County election of 2024 prevent an auditor of integrity from ever certifying these results.
The result of multiple US House seats in Orange County being rewarded to Democrats will hurt legislation from being passed in the next session.
