     Look at the scrambling to get Thune into Senate Majority Leader, and to seat McConnel and Collins into blocking roles to stop Trump’s appointments.

     There are more than enough “captured” (code for being leveraged by the CIA/DoS/DoJ) Republicans, that they’ll not comprise any kind of Cavalry.

   How did more ballots get counted than there were returned? 309,116 more.

   Why were 325,111 more ballots sent out than there are registered voters?

6. It took a month longer to count these votes. Anyone that actually believes the results is a moron. Results need to be counted, chyand reported in 24 hours. Period.
   Florida had 10 times that number to count and finished in hours- not days.

    I am concerned about the turnout %. That raises a red flag. I also would like to see an explanation of why there were 325,000 more mail in ballots issues than absentee voters. The bomb threat and the video feed interruption also is suspicious. However you do not do yourself or your readers any favors by very sloppy research. The 1.1 million ballots returned only represents mail in ballots and does not include in person voting. By looking at the election certification, you will see 309,000 in person votes accounted for.

    I use to vote in person in 92703, but got tired of hearing people in the next booth helping multiple people vote. My family started voting by mail. It does not surprise me that we keep getting communists in our state.

    And something is wrong with the program run by the county. It needs constant supervision and not someone trying to look good.

    You are misreading the data on the County of Orange Registrar of Voter’s website. Below is an explanation for each data point you raised.

    1. This resulted in an unbelievable voter turnout of 76.1%. (Any results in an election with voter turnout over 75% are suspect.)

    Voter participation is typically highest during the Presidential General Election. In 2020, the voter turnout was 87.3%.

    2. The total number of votes for President when adding up the votes for all the candidates in the 2024 race in Orange County was only 1,391,307 votes (see below). This is 26,090 votes short of the number of ballots counted in the election. Where did these additional votes go?

    Voters are not required to vote in every contest on the ballot. Some voters did not mark a vote in the Presidential contest or voted for more than one candidate or voted for an unqualified write-in candidate.

    This also occurred in the 2024 Presidential Primary Election when there were more votes cast in the U.S. Senate Election than the political party Presidential nomination contests combined.

    3. Orange County also provides information on the number of individuals eligible to vote and active (having voted in the most recent elections). This report (below) shows 1,901,528 active voters in the county. This is 40,078 voters more than the number of registered voters reported by the county in the reports above (1,861,450).

    In compliance with California law, the number of registered voters included on the Election Results report is the number of active voters in the county by the registration deadline 15 days before Election Day (which was October 21, 2024). As of last night (December 8, 2024), there are now 1.9 million active registered voters in the county.

    4. This report (below) shows 2,186,561 ballots issued in the county. This includes vote-by-mail ballots and military and overseas ballots. This is 325,111 ballots more than the number of registered voters reported by the county in the first report above (1,861,450).

    The first number of ballots issued (2,186,561) was taken from OCROV’s Data Central page of its website also includes in-person ballots.

    All voters were mailed a ballot. Then some of those requested a replacement vote-by-mail ballot they were issued or checked in at a Vote Center and were issued an in-person ballot.

    5. Also, a comparison between the number of ballots counted versus the number of ballots received has a material discrepancy. The number of ballots counted is noted in the first chart above (1,417,397). However, according to Orange County’s own report, the number of ballots returned to the county is 1,108,281 ballots. This means 309,116 ballots were counted more than the number of ballots returned is less than the number of ballots counted in the county.

    The first number (1,417,397) was taken from OCROV’s Election Results Report, which includes VBM ballots and Vote Center ballots (including CVR/Provisional ballots). This number is taken from the voting system which counts the number of ballots counted based on the number of ballot A cards scanned.

    The second number (1,108,281) is taken from OCROV’s Data Central page of its website, which clearly states it is only VBM ballots returned. It does not include Vote Center ballots. This number is taken from voter participation information on our election management system.

    The voting system and election management system are not connected.

    • Did you use machine reading of the ballots? If so, this was most assuredly a selection (aka election fraud), not an election (aka voice of the people).

      • OCROV used the Hart Verity voting system equipment and software to scan the ballots and tally the votes on them.

        We completed two random manual tally audits, which confirmed the accuracy of the voting system results.

        We tested the accuracy of the ballot scanners before and after the election by feeding test ballots through each and every scanner used in the election.

        We also examined the Hart Verity voting system software before and after the election to make sure the software was not altered.

22. In the 70’s and 80’s I worked the polls many times. All counted in one day no machines are mail in just Absentee. Cheating began with implementing machines mail in no signature verification with eyes on! The Truth will be revealed it always comes out!

    The fraud is very real and was ignored by judges, lawyers,media, and even people on the federal levels in 2020.It’s funny when the Democrats in 2016 were yelling “election fraud” the media actually reported Hillary Clinton saying that Donald Trump was an illegitimate president” because he had cheated” in the 2016 election, but when Republicans mention fraud now we get told we have the safest elections in the world! Those numbers absolutely do not make any sense! Also the number of reported “bomb threats” that were called in, in almost all major cities was just unprecedented. Sounds like that water leak that happened in the 2020 election. I do hope they actually recount and report accurate numbers for the safety and security of our election integrity.     Bob: Do you realize that this is not a valid or conclusive test? The scanners have electronic clocks in them (like most all computers). Only a few lines of proprietary code would be needed provide a valid scan before and after the “known” election time period, and a “modified” scan during the actual election period.

    The accuracy scan must occur at random times **during** the election period to obtain a more believable verification. But this is only one possible problem.

    Having said this, I don’t have evidence or proof that anything illegal occurred. It is only to say that too many possible scams can occur using electronic voting, scanning and tabulation machines.

    If a public voting system *cannot be audited*, it must go.

    Would someone remind me why we even use such machines? What proven value do they provide? It appears that it is not accuracy, speed or cost savings.

    It seems that simple paper ballots – for the entire process – would allow for repeatable audits and restore public trust in the voting system.
