BOMBSHELL: Christina Bobb with Judicial Watch Drops Whistleblower Memo on Deep State

Former Trump and GOP Attorney Christina Bobb dropped a bomb on Monday related to the criminal acts against her that were allegedly paid for by outsiders, possibly associated with the Obama and Biden Administrations and Hillary Clinton.

Through an inadvertent disclosure in the discovery she was receiving, Bobb uncovered that Arizona’s Attorney General Kris Mayes’ campaign received $200,000 from a group with a different name that happens to share the same address, president, executive director, and leadership team as the Elias and Eisen group. The money came after the election, implying that Mayes may have been paid to prosecute Trump supporters.

Norm Eisen was Obama’s “Ethics Czar” and Marc Elias was Hillary’s CFO in her failed campaign for President.

Bobb states in her Whistleblower Memorandum the following:

Current Status of Criminal Case: The indictment has been remanded and the court ruled that the prosecutors substantially infringed on my (and my co-defendants’) constitutional rights. The prosecutors have not reconstituted the grand jury but are appealing the ruling. The court also made a prima facia finding that the case was brought for political reasons. The government is appealing that finding as well. The court’s rulings confirms that this case was brought for motivations other than criminal justice.

BLUF: There appears to be organized bribery in the state of Arizona, and likely extending to other states. In the course of my criminal prosecution, the State of Arizona inadvertently disclosed information to the defense, which they have since acknowledged as authentic. Upon closer inspection, the Arizona Attorney General received $200,000 (what appears to be) in exchange for the Democratic Attorney General’s Association to have prosecutorial influence – through one of their initiatives “States United Democracy Center” – in prosecuting their political opponents. To be clear, the Democratic Attorney General’s Association paid Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes $200,000, and she gave States United prosecution power to prosecute Trump attorneys, allies, and electors. Prosecutors claim on the record and in emails that States United represents their office.

Bobb ties this all together in her Memorandum.

States United is a liberal non-profit organization with whom the Arizona Attorney General’s Office claims an attorney-client relationship in this criminal matter. States United initiated the strategy for this prosecution and the Attorney General’s Office continues to use their work product, most recently to request a search warrant, which is still pending.

States United claims on their website that they are “an initiative of the Progressive State Leadership Committee” (“PSLC”). PSLC has the exact same address, president, executive director, and nearly identical leadership team as the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA), which is a committee of the Democratic Party. Additionally, DAGA pays the salaries of the PSLC employees, according to their most recently available Tax Form 990. PSLC and DAGA are the same people, sitting in the same building in Washington DC, getting paid from the same bank account.

Bobb was criminally indicted in Arizona after the 2020 election. This was one of many efforts to harass, bankrupt, and imprison Bobb and others. Now she’s fighting back.

Eisen has made it his life’s work to take down President Trump and anyone associated with him.  Using lawfare and any means possible, Eisen has been involved in numerous cases against good Americans fighting to save this country, including Bobb.

Marc Elias was the campaign finance director of Hillary’s failed Presidential run.  He has been involved in numerous cases across the country, allegedly attempting to steal elections for Joe Biden in the 2020 election using mail-in ballots.  The fact that he is working with Eisen is no surprise.

          • If they were booked then mug shots were taken. Those courts have them hidden somewhere, which is usually public property of the courts. Some bright legal minds should FOIA them to be viewed.

It also proves he is dumb. They day they pulled his security clearance he should have started deleting and burning all classified documents in his possession and any references to classified documents like emails. Then if he got arrested he could truthfully say in court that the day they withdrew my clearance I destroyed all classified information in my possession. That would help him. Apparently he did not do that. You will notice the Bolton situation has all got real quiet. We are just going to have to wait and see what happens.

  81. Think about the three E's–Eisen, Elias and Ethical. One of the three can NEVER appear in a sentence with the other two unless preceded by the letters U and N. It always was a joke that Eisen was an Ethic's Czar (unless you think Stalin, Idi Amin, Tojo, Pol Pot or Hussein were ethics czars). Elias is the kind of lawyer that gives the term sleazy to all lawyers.
