Tina is still in solitary.  It has been reported that the other woman who assailed her, age 29, is in prison for stabbing her fiancée three times.  Speaking of IRONY, this assailant is not in solitary while Tina is.  Apparently, the authorities have told Tina she may be in solitary confinement for 30 days.

Here is a reminder of what happened.

Adding insult to injury, Tina is only allowed out of her cell two hours a day.  During that time, she has to share phone use with other inmates when she needs to make a call.  It has also been reported that the Warden has quit, and someone else is running the prison who hates Tina.

The man who could pardon her, Governor Polis, remains missing.  If there was ever a time to show compassion for this absurd situation, it is now.  He hinted at pardoning her, but has done nothing.  Not only is Tina’s sentence “Harsh” as even Polis stated, her singled-out treatment while in prison is worse.

There’s perhaps no other civilian public servant in modern times (aside from President Trump) who has selflessly sacrificed as much as Tina Peters to save America.  Both these patriots instead have received nothing BUT Disrespect and Punishment for doing so.

Together, Tina Peters and President Trump have exposed how our elections are methodically stolen.  Both have been relentlessly punished beyond imagination by evil Deep State operatives for their efforts.

The evil Prosecutor Daniel Rubinstein of Mesa County, Colorado, has relentlessly persecuted, prosecuted, and imprisoned Tina Peters since 2021.

The evil Prosecutor Jack Smith, who provided a pathetically dishonest testimony during his second hearing on January 22nd, relentlessly persecuted and prosecuted President Trump in parallel with Tina’s abuse.

Smith’s most significant opportunity to imprison President Trump, however, thankfully crashed and burned, as divine intervention saved America at that critical point in history.

The Deep State personified by these two key evil “Prosecutors”, Rubinstein and Smith, are now frantic for two significant reasons:  #1-They never believed President Trump would return to office.  #2-They never contemplated that anyone would EVER reveal the Rosetta Stone of stolen election methodology.  Fortunate for America, that ‘anyone’ turned out to be Tina Peters.

The well-publicized incident in prison this week against Tina Peters is actually very consistent with how she has been continuously persecuted, prosecuted, and imprisoned via the orders of the Deep State traitors who have sold out their country without any remorse.  As Judge Barrett said to Tina during her sentencing, “I believe you would do it all again.” That phrase actually describes Rubinstein, Smith, and their many criminal accomplices.  But he was accurate in noting that Tina will always stand up for what is right and lawful.

False accusations abound on every level imaginable by these Deep State traitors, the enablers of course being the Colorado SOS Jena Griswold and Colorado AG Phil Weiser.  Irony upon irony, both of these two are eyeing higher positions of power in the next election, Phil Weiser for Governor, and Jena Griswold for Phil Weiser’s position of AG.  “God Help Us” if this Cancer is allowed to metastasize to the Stage lV level with these two winning these offices.

The criminals just keep on going, nothing deters them, it borders on comical absurdity.  HERE’S an article containing the letter sent primarily by Weiser and Griswold to Gov. Polis to further Disrespect Tina Peters to not commute her harsh sentence, as he stated he’s considering.

During President Trump’s speech at Davos he mentioned the rigging of 2020, and how accountability is coming soon.  Now is the time to choose sides when it comes to exposing election fraud.  Tina, along with President Trump, have done the Heavy Lifting by exposing the entire system.

It’s now up to Americans to back these selfless accomplishments of President Trump and Tina Peters.  Because of them, “We Have It All”, now it’s time for ACTION.

  9. If Trump can extract Maduro with only 20 soldiers, he can certainly rescue patriot gold star mom whistleblower Tina Peters. But he hasn't. I want to know WHY.

    • There are reports of cruel and unusual to Tina. If at all substantiated, US Marshalls could extract her and place her in federal custody – for her protection – until her legal battles are resolved.

      Better yet, this whole "POTUS can't pardon for state crimes" is bogus and SCOTUS needs to clean that misconception up immediately. Especially since the state charges ran concurrent with a federal election, it seems like a case where the power of the pardon SHOULD be tested.

      Send in the marshalls, issue the pardon, release her, and let the communists fight it out at SCOTUS.

My interpretation of the insurrection act is it would allow even arrests of Judges and political office holders. Son of a friend just had charges of assault, kidnapping, and stalking dismissed in Colorado… once they removed a radical prosecutor from the case who over-inflated the charges when a crazy gal followed my friend's son into a parking lot, accused him flipping her off on the highway, and then recording this verbal screaming session…. His mistake was trying to get her phone from her, and for that he was facing several years in prison and all those trumped-up charges. Even the cop was suborning perjury from the woman on the se-x-ual assault charge, which never happened (by her own admission). But the prosecutor still filed the charges.

    Now he's on probation for a much lower charge (he did try to grab the phone from her)… and he and his family are moving out of the state just as soon as possible.

    Colorado is beautiful, but it's a lost state until our civilizational battle is won. If you remain, just be ready to have justice misused if you fight back.

  20. When Trump said last week that indictments would be coming soon in the theft of the 2020 election, that tells me there's been a DOJ and FBI team looking into the theft behind the scenes. I'm sure they did it that way as they worked through evidence because they wouldn't want the thieves to know they were onto them, and then they destroy evidence they need to prosecute.

    I feel awful for Tina Peters, and I've donated money to her, and will again. Once they prove the corruption under Griswold, Rubinstein, Weiser, and Polis, she'll have the proof she needs to sue them in civil court for everything they have. If they file bankruptcy so she doesn't get what she deserves, I hope the feds try them for treason against America, and gives them the death penalty. It's the only way to send a message to future generations and thieves.

    • We were looking to flee communist NY state starting about 10 years ago. Colorado (The Colorado of old) was near the top of the list. But it was quickly eliminated from contention after minimum investigation. We fled elsewhere.

Unfortunately, Kalifornia has now conscripted Nevada and I had to leave there too. I met my better half there and she’s been with me ever since. Turns out, we grew up 200 miles away from each other but met way out there. She’s from Elmira. Had the whole rest of my life destroyed while we were there! I got the dreaded family disease, Stomach Cancer! And even though I won the biggest battle of my life? My employer decided to destroy the rest of it!   64. Tina Peters is not a violent criminal. She is a 70 year old cancer survivor. Why would she get into a fight with a 29 year old violent felon? Clearly, she was defending herself. I think there should be an investigation to determine if this woman who attacked Tina was hired to do so. What is clear is that the Democrats will do anything to keep Tina in jail.

  67. I've, been in prison. 20 months, 10 days, and eleven hours. Might not seem like a lot, but you try it, and see what you think. But, my point is, every single one of the inmates I was housed with, in the GYM, yes the gym demanded respect! This, was 2002, when prisons were very overcrowded. There was as little as 150 inmates, to 272 I think was the highest. And, at 272 (there were 150 bunk beds, so they could house 300 inmates) you're bumping into everyone. It, was not pleasant. Thankfully, the population in the gym, usually ran around 175 inmates. They're, coming in, and going out to three yards. Anyway, I learned very quickly, that respect is something that every single one of those inmates in the gym with me, demanded from everyone, but gave it to NO ONE! So, when they say respect me, they're F liars! I, doubt most can even spell the word, let alone define it!

    Let's, keep this little tidbit, between you and I, folks. :)
