Iran Releases Its Version of “Baghdad Bob”, Mohsen Rezaee Says “The End of the War Is in Our Hands”

A speaker for the Iranian regime unbelievably shares that, “The end of the war is in our hands!”

The Iranian mullahs live in lala land.

Senior Iranian official Mohsen Rezaee: “The end of the war is in our hands. We’ll end it only when the US pays full compensation for all damages AND withdraws completely from the Persian Gulf.”

In 2003, George W. Bush authorized U.S. and allied forces to begin Operation Iraqi Freedom to depose Saddam Hussein once and for all. The invasion campaign itself, led by General Tommy Franks, was a marvel at the time in speed and lethality as Baghdad was surrounded and penetrated within six days, far sooner than many military experts thought possible.  The more pessimistic pundits feared it would take weeks into months, and would devolve into a house-to-house quagmire. The initial campaign, at least, surpassed the most optimistic of predictions.

The most bizarre recurring moments during the siege and eventual control of Baghdad by American and allied forces were the daily press briefings by the official Iraqi Information Minister, Muhammad Saeed al‑Sahhaf. In the States, he was quickly nicknamed “Baghdad Bob”.

Iraq was famous for Baghdad Bob. He claimed Iraq was winning the war in Iraq as US troops rolled into Baghdad.

The US is in total control of the air and the seas and is totally dominating Iran.  The Ayatollah is dead, as well as nearly 100 clerics who surrounded him.  Iran is clearly not winning this war.Â
