Most federal judges in the cases against President Trump should all recuse due to their extreme biases and conflicts of interest.
There are likely no federal judges in DC or New York who can legitimately oversee cases against this administration.
The federal judges are nearly all former DOJ prosecutors and are very biased and corrupt. They shouldn’t be judges.
Corrupt Judge Chutkan who is an Obama judge along with her retired husband has major conflicts of interest with anything related to the Trump Administration. Her rulings in the corrupt and criminal Jack Smith case allowed criminal Smith to move forward with every request he made.
Judge Chutkan clearly is not a fair minded judge nor is she impartial. She is a vile Trump haters. Yet, she has been assigned to the bogus case against Elon Musk brought forward by a gang of corrupt Democrat Attorneys General.
