The election of US House Speaker was a circus which could have been avoided if the GOP had stood up against corrupt uncertifiable elections in California.
The first vote for US Speaker of the House was first reported as failing by Trending politics.
The race for the House speakership remains unresolved as Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) fell just one vote shy of the required 218 to secure the gavel in the first round of voting for the 119th Congress on Friday. The narrow miss highlights continued fractures within the Republican Party, which has struggled to coalesce around a single leader following weeks of internal discord.
Johnson, a staunch conservative and a prominent figure in GOP circles, faced opposition from three Republican holdouts: Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, Rep. Ralph Norman of South Carolina, and Rep. Keith Self of Texas. If every lawmaker is present and votes, Johnson can afford only one GOP defection.
However, two votes flipped for Speaker Johnson and he won.

It didn’t have to be this way. Across the country President Trump ran away with the 2024 Election but the GOP allowed US House and US Senate seats fall to the corrupt Democrat machine days after the election. Every one of these seats needed to be fought for but the leadership in the GOP refused to fight. They laid over and ignored the 2024 steal.
In California alone, the results for the entire election should be challenged. But where is the GOP?
In December the Secretary of State in California, Shirley Weber, certified the uncertifiable election in her state.
Among the statewide election statistics reported by the Secretary of State’s Office were the following:
• 16,140,044 Californians voted.
• 13,034,378 vote by mail ballots were cast.
• 3,105,666 ballots cast at voting location.
• 71.43% of the registered voters cast ballots.
“I am pleased to continue the transparency of data relating to California’s elections by releasing the Nov. 5, 2024, Statement of Vote,” Weber said in a news release. “This data demonstrates how every vote matters.”
The problem for SoS Weber is that the election results in California never should have been certified.
Garbage Voter Rolls
The biggest elephant in the living room impacting California’s election results has to do with voter rolls. One study estimated that 3.8 million records in California’s voter rolls are non-citizens. With 22.6 million registered voters in the state, this is 17% of registered voters.
This estimate was determined by comparing individuals registered in the voter rolls that were born outside the US with the number of individuals who legitimately gained US citizenship. The number of foreign born voters registered in recent years far exceeds the number of naturalized citizens. The cause of this difference is that in California, individuals who apply for drivers licenses are automatically added to the voter rolls (Motor Voter). Many of these individuals are not US citizens. This and the barriers to verifying citizenship have led to millions on the voter rolls who aren’t US citizens.
Voter rolls in California are so bloated with non-citizens, no election can be legitimately certified with these millions of non-citizens embedded in the results.
Ballot Harvesting and Mail-in Ballots
Since California went to ballot harvesting the results have been devastating for the GOP. Heritage reported in 2019:
Vote harvesting is the collection of absentee ballots from voters by a third party who then delivers them to election officials. The term “vote harvesting” was essentially unknown to the general public until the North Carolina State Board of Elections overturned the results of the 2018 election for the Ninth Congressional District due to illegal vote harvesting, what the board called a “coordinated, unlawful and substantially resourced absentee ballot scheme.”
It was also raised as a concern in California after the unexpected losses of Republican-held congressional seats, including in Orange County, a traditional Republican stronghold, where the registrar of voters said that individuals were “dropping off maybe 100 or 200 ballots” at a time.
Ballot harvesting is still in place and all registered voters receive a ballot for the election in the mail. The chain of custody surrounding ballots harvested in the state is not adequate or is non-existent. Who knows where the completed ballots come from.
Voter Identification Non-existent
Not only is it almost impossible to determine where a ballot came from, it is also impossible to determine who the ballot came from. Local governments in the state couldn’t ask for ID’s from voters.
California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed legislation that prevents local governments from requiring voters to present identification at the polls, a law aimed at curbing conservative efforts in cities like Huntington Beach.
In addition, the voter signature review on ballot envelopes returned is virtually non-existent. Per a discussion with workers in Orange County, workers were reportedly instructed to accept all signatures on ballot envelopes even if they don’t match.
Californians literally have no idea who sent in the millions of ballots counted in the 2024 Election.
Weeks of Counting
Another observation about California elections is the weeks of “counting” ballots after the election before the results are certified. America knew the results of the 2024 Election in Florida and Texas on Election night, but not so in California.
On election day at least four US Congressional seats out of six in Orange County showed that the GOP candidate was ahead. But after weeks of counting, three of these candidates lost to Democrats (the 45th, 47th and 49th districts) by a total of approximately 28,000 votes.
The worst scenario was the loss by Michelle Steel. She was ahead for at least 10 days before the election was called for her Democrat opponent.

Every year we hear of these impossible results in California where Democrats overtake GOP candidates days after election day. Why is it always Democrats who “win” these delayed elections?
This process of counting ballots for weeks after the election is ripe for malfeasance. The longer the time between voting and counting and the further the distance between the voter and the counting center, the higher the risk of ballots being messed with.
BOMB Threats
Election counting in Orange County stopped three days after the 2024 election due to a bomb threat. This is no small matter. We reported the following in this bombshell report.
On Friday evening after the election, a bomb threat was reported at the election center where ballot counting was taking place in Orange County. Initially, it was reported that staff and members of the public were removed from the center at around 6:45pm, shortly before voting was scheduled to stop for the evening.
Later we learned that the livestream was taken down when the facility was being searched for a bomb. Per discussions with LEO’s with decades of service, the livestream provided an eye on the operations while the search of the facility was going on. Shutting down the livestream put the lives of many in peril while placing a question on the results from that time going forward. We don’t know what happened when the livestream went down and we no longer can verify that ballots weren’t tampered with via the livestream at that time.
One month later, five out of six US House races counted in conservative Orange County were “won” by Democrats. We still have no information on who was behind the bomb threat. The mainstream media is silent about the bomb threats that occurred in 7 California counties after the 2024 election and in more than 50 locations across the nation.
California’s 2024 Results Are Uncertifiable
The above issues in California’s elections don’t even cover the many anomalies in the records and processes put in place across the state, some of which were exposed recently. This also doesn’t include assertions on the systems being used. However, there is already enough to make an opinion on the 2024 Election in California.
In corporate audits of financials, material deficiencies like the above would never be included in the final results. Auditors of integrity would carve out those areas where results could not be confirmed and provide an opinion on the rest.
Unfortunately, in California there is no way to determine how many illegals (non-citizens) voted in the election. There is no way to determine who voted or where votes came from.
California’s elections are a total mess. There is no way the Secretary of State should have certified the 2024 mess.
The 2020 Election results in California are NOT certifiable.
