Wisconsin’s Corrupt Democrat Governor and Courts and How You Can Help Save Their 2024 Elections

Update on corrupt liberal actions in Wisconsin and how you can help.

Here are the top items in an update today.

Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court Legislative Map Update

Here are the main take aways for the most recent update(s) on the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court new Legislative Maps:

  • The hired liberal professors (2) of the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court have reviewed all of the newly drawn submitted Legislative Maps and to no one’s surprise, have publicly stated that the Legislative Maps submitted by the Legislature and W.I.L.L. are heavily gerrymandered (click hereWisconsin redistricting pros: GOP map proposals are gerrymanders (wisconsinwatch.org)), but stopped short of declaring the liberal democrat legislative maps are constitutional.
  • The liberal professors could draw their own maps if the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court orders them to do so.
  • All parties have until February 8th to respond to the liberal professors’ observations of their maps.
  • The Wisconsin Election Commission has asked that new Legislative Maps be in placed by March 15th.
  • The Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court, apparently ignoring the Separation of Power Doctrine of the Wisconsin Constitution (click herehttps://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/misc/lc/issue_briefs/2020/legislature/ib_separation_of_powers_doctrine_ah_2020_13_05), has ruled they (the Court) have the final say in how the maps are drawn and approved violating the Apportionment, Section 3., Clause of the Wisconsin Constitution (click here – Wisconsin Legislature: 000004).
  • The liberal democrat new Legislative Maps would necessarily flip control of the Assembly (currently 64-35 Republican) and Senate (currently 22-11) to democrats under the review of the highly respected Dave’s Redistricting software program analysis (click hereEXCLUSIVE: Democrats Seize Control Of Wisconsin Legislature Under Most Maps, Despite Media Narrative (wisconsinrightnow.com)).
  • Under the liberal democrat’s new Legislative Maps, 23 Republican State Representatives would be pitted against a fellow incumbent State Representative (See attached Evers Pits Republicans vs. Republicans – Assembly) and 10 Republican State Senators pitted against a fellow incumbent (See attached Evers Pits Republicans vs. Republicans – Senate).
  • All of this appears to directly violate the ruling of the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court of December 22, 2023, when they stated the new Legislative Maps could only focus on the following: compactness, contiguity, communities of interest, population and not favor one party over the other.

Action Plan…

  1. Please contact your State Representative (click here – 2023 Wisconsin State Representatives) and State Senator (click here – 2023 Wisconsin State Senators) to ask them to do whatever it takes to make sure the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court doesn’t overtake the operations of the Wisconsin Government by their legislating from the bench with this blatant violation of the Separation of Power Doctrine and their new Legislative Maps.

Governor’s Office Vetoes His Own Legislative Maps Approved by Republicans

The Governor’s Office has been consistently attacking Republicans since 2018 over what the Governor’s Office referred to as gerrymandered Legislative Maps by Republicans.

The Governor’s Office has promised Wisconsin Electors for years if the Republicans would simply approve “the Governor’s Office” Legislative Maps we could all finally get along in a bipartisan way to end what democrats describe as this “darkness” hovering over Wisconsin with the “Governor’s Office” Legislative Maps.

The Republicans granted the request of the Governor’s Office and approved the Legislative Maps of the Governor’s Office in late January (click hereRepublicans send new legislative maps to Evers’ desk as redistricting lawsuit nears final stages – WPR).

The Governor’s Office immediately vetoed their own Legislative Maps (click hereEvers vetoes new legislative maps passed by Wisconsin Legislature – WPR).

This clearly demonstrates that the Governor’s Office was never really interested in working with Republicans when they approved 99.7% of the Legislative Maps from the Governor’s Office, but more interested in apparently doing whatever it takes to flip the Assembly and Senate through the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court (click hereSpeaker Robin Vos on X: “Not surprising when he can get an even more partisan, gerrymandered map for Democrats. https://t.co/oUnetdq8pf” / X (twitter.com)).

Liberal Democrat National Law Firm Sues Wisconsin Taxpayers Regarding Congressional Maps

With the apparent highly successful attempts of the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court to apparently flip control of the Wisconsin Assembly and Senate to democrats through corroborated efforts, a liberal national law firm is again parachuting into Wisconsin to try and flip control of the Wisconsin Congressional Delegation by avoiding the normal legal process and appealing directly to the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court (click hereDemocrats ask Wisconsin’s high court to consider new congressional map  | The Hill).

Wisconsin’s Congressional Representation is currently 6 Republicans and 2 Democrats and it’s not because of gerrymandering.  It’s because Wisconsin is a red state.

Wisconsin lost a Congressional Seat after the 2020 Federal Census due to population trends.

This maddening attack on Wisconsin must be stopped at all costs before it’s too late.

Action Plan…

  1. Please contact your State Representative (click here – 2023 Wisconsin State Representatives) and State Senator (click here – 2023 Wisconsin State Senators) to ask them to do whatever it takes to make sure the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court doesn’t overtake the operations of the Wisconsin Government by their legislating from the bench with this blatant violation of the Separation of Power Doctrine and their new Congressional Maps.

Governor’s Office Files Lawsuit Against Republicans for not Playing Nice

In yet another breath-taking move by what appears to be power-hungry liberal democrats, the Governor’s Office has filed another lawsuit by avoiding the normal legal process by going directly to the friendly Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court because Republicans are allegedly not playing nice with the Governor’s Office (click here – Wisconsin Supreme Court takes up Evers lawsuit against Legislature over blocked UW pay raises, conservation projects – WPR).

Of course, the Liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court gladly accepted the lawsuit from the Governor’s Office.

This craziness in bizzarro world has to come to an end as soon as possible.

Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections Wednesday, February 7th, 10:00 A.M., Room Change

The Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections Hearing for Wednesday, February 7th, 10:00 A.M., has been moved to Room 328 Northeast.

Here are the details for the Hearing:

  • Who – Wisconsin Electors can testify in support of passing AB1037 (click here – 2023 Assembly Bill 1037 (wisconsin.gov)).
  • What – to define what a “witness address” means.
  • Where – Room 328 Northwest, State Capitol.
  • When – 10:00 A.M. (click here – 1774518 (wisconsin.gov))
  • Why – because democrats, their attorneys and Dane County Circuit Court Judge somehow don’t know what the word “address” means on absentee ballot certificates.
  • How – please attend in support of AB1037 for Chairman Rep. Krug (R-Nekoosa) and fellow Republican Assembly Committee Members or watch on WisEye – WisconsinEye: Delivering unfiltered access to Wisconsin public policy (wiseye.org).  An account will need to be created if you don’t already have one.

This is one more attempt by democrats to apparently process as many absentee ballots as possible during the 2024 election cycle by skirting the law with not requiring statutory “witness” information for absentee ballot certificates.

The former Chief Legal Counsel and recently appointed Dane County Circuit Court Judge of the Governor’s Office recently ruled that Clerk’s in Wisconsin can now break the law to “cure” absentee ballots missing statutory required information in order for an absentee ballot to be processed for the 2024 election cycle because the Legislature didn’t “define” what an address was for witnesses (click here –Dane County judge rules absentee ballots with witness address errors can be counted (pbswisconsin.org)).

To make matters worse, the same liberal Dane County Circuit Court Judge appears to now be legislating from the bench by ordering the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to immediately follow his orders to dictate to Clerk’s across Wisconsin (1,852 in total) how to openly break the law by “curing” absentee ballots that are missing statutory required information in order for an absentee ballot to be processed just in time for the 2024 election cycle (click here – Dane County judge orders Wisconsin elections officials to move quickly on changing absentee ballot rules (pbswisconsin.org)).

State Statute 6.87 (click here – Wisconsin Legislature: 6.87(1)) and widely respected Collins Dictionary make it abundantly clear what the word “address” means as a noun and what is required to process an absentee ballot (click here – ADDRESS definition in American English | Collins English Dictionary (collinsdictionary.com)).

A Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge ruled in September of 2022 that WEC was breaking the law and needed to immediately instruct Clerks across Wisconsin to simply follow the law by not curing absentee ballots that were missing statutory required information in time for the November 2022 General Election (click here – Waukesha judge rules clerks can’t fix ballot address errors – Wisconsin Examiner).

Clerks across Wisconsin responded positively by following the law and making it abundantly clear what it meant to have an address for a witness on the absentee ballot certificate (See attached Sample – Absentee Ballot Certificate Kenosha).
