Will the real criminals behind the 2020 election steal and Jan 6 be held accountable?

Many believe that in a just a few days, the real insurrectionists of the 2020 election and of Jan 6 will get away with it. They believe that the statute of limitations will take effect and the criminals behind the crimes related to the 2020 election and the coverup will have gotten away with the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people.

These are the real Insurrectionists.

Others believe that if included in the ongoing conspiracy against President Trump, then there is no statute of limitations.  (Rudy Giuliani shared with me previously that the crimes of treason and murder have no statute of limitations.)

Although the DOJ and FBI to date have done little to nothing in over a year to bring justice to the US, there is some belief that a conspiracy case of sorts is in the works.

The DOJ, which has been horrible in communicating to date, is partially responsible for this.  They need to inform the American people about the actions they are taking regarding the January 6 setup and the 2020 election theft, and they need to repeat their message consistently.  But they are not doing this.

Now, some Americans are very concerned that because Pam Bondi has done little to date other than go on FOX News, she will allow the criminals behind Jan 6 and the 2020 election to walk free.

Americans are very concerned about the FBI and DOJ.  Very concerned.

Harmeet Dhillon released a couple tweets yesterday where she explains that the Statute of Limitations does not affect an investigation into Jan 6 and the real monsters behind the criminal acts leading up to and after that day. She provided comfort that the Jan 6 issues may be part of the bigger conspiracy that is reportedly being put together in Florida.

Bondi, Patel, Noem, and Gabbard, who no one has heard a word from since January, are all losers, sorely unqualified for the positions they were given.   9. It seems likely they build several conspiracy cases with overlapping timelines so we can have the main event just before midterms. Too soon and the voting public's attention span will let it fade. Ideally, they launch with a series of announced confessions and charges simultaneously.

    • As to timing, the midterms are tactical sure enough but they have to be perfect on the evidence. Judges will be lined up to throw it out. There is good news. Judge Cannon is in play. The treason ones are terrified of her.

  11. Like millions of americans i saw 2020 stolen with my own eyes. In early morning after election day trump had huge leads of like 10% with 70% of the vote counted in states like PA and WI and MI. And then in the dead of night it all vanished. Biden had been getting 45% for hours and then he got 95% for hours.

  24. I have no idea how people think we will prosecute the J6 committee. They have SOME immunity, and all their crimes appear to have happened in DC where no grand jury will even indict them.

    They are criminals, and they belong in prison, but how do you make that happen?

    I think the bigger issue is that DC has been fully taken over by democrats and no longer operates lawfully. It was not smart for protesters to go to DC just to get set up and imprisoned. There was a 0% chance they would receive a fair trial.

    If we win the midterm elections, then maybe we can kick all the J6 committee people out of government. We should also pass a law requiring all politically related prosecutions to be moved to a politically neutral venue. We should also move all federal offices out of DC.

    If anyone else has any good ideas, then go ahead and say them.

          • Never said I was a lawyer, There are a lot of people here on this site voicing concerns about statute of limitations, once an indictment is issued it stops the statute of limitations, a sealed indictment of which there many, one site puts it at 341,413 ( Q Research) Means the public will not know…
            And you'll find that searching for those numbers is deliberately cloudy. I agree with your assessment of the crime of treason, but believe it to include sedition, and I know it includes the Mur (Dam censors) der word! All being without a limit on prosecutions…

      The statute of limitations is not a problem. For the J6 perps, their crimes came long after J6, but also because they are part of the grand conspiracy that has a constantly extended statute of limitations (reset by things like Brennan going to a judge around the system).

      Less than one year is not enough…

      They could fabricate crimes against Trump and friends, they had the judges and juries on their side.

      We have to prove real crimes, with everything against us.

      And they not only DON’T have the legal right to brief us of ongoing investigations, if they did, it would ruin the investigation, even give the judges fodder to dismiss.

    HOWEVER, we have to remember that the whole J6 committee was pardoned, so this whole thing hinges upon the legality of the Biden "auto-pen", which needs to be decided by SCOTUS first, but in order to do that the DOJ must actually files charges against those who were pardoned.

    • The article doesn’t explain it, but Dhillon did. The SOL for conspiracy starts ticking when the last act in support of the conspiracy occurs. The criminal acts in this case happened far beyond January 6, 2021. So the SOL hasn’t expired and it’s not even close to expiring. She is brilliant and a force of nature. Bondi doesn’t come close to Dhillon and should be working for her.

  60. The statute of limitations (SoL) tolls from the time of the attempt to cover up the crime until it is discovered.

    When Bondi first had evidence proving the cover up and the extent of the crimes, the SoL begins.

    It is not J6 2021, it is sometime in 2025. They have years.

  170. For those involved in a conspiracy, the conspiracy is considered on going with any attempt to lie or cover up evidence of the crime and the statute of limitations does not start until there has been no action to support the conspiracy or attempts to cover up the crime.
