What is really going on? Why is the DOJ still preventing the release of Seth Rich documents requested for nearly a decade?
It is believed that Seth Rich is a pivotal key to the Russia Collusion coup attempt of the first Trump Administration.
The Deep State DOJ and FBI have gone through extreme efforts to cover-up any information they have on Seth Rich. Rich is who many believe transferred DNC emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election. He was a Bernie fan who worked in the DNC at that time. He was reportedly upset with what the DNC was doing to Bernie. On July 10, 2016, Rich was found shot in the back due to what law enforcement labeled a burglary, and yet his wallet, phone, and watch were left on his person. This is at the time WikiLeaks began dropping damaging DNC emails that showed the inner-workings of the Hillary campaign.
It is believed that Seth Rich forwarded Podesta emails to WikiLeaks. We all know without a doubt that it is a lie to claim that the Russians were involved in the transfer of these emails.
Hillary wanted to deflect from her email scandal and what was in her emails. She also wanted to punish whoever sent those emails to WikiLeaks. This is why many believe Seth Rich was murdered.
Attorney Ty Clevenger for years has doggedly gone after information held by the Deep State FBI and DOJ that they refuse to release related to Seth Rich’s murder. It is the law that documents related to Seth Rich be released per Clevenger’s requests but the Deep State DOJ keeps hiding these documents from the public.
The DOJ under new management is still withholding these documents – what is going on?

Yesterday I sent an email to the @USDOJ attorney handling the Seth Rich FOIA case. Read it below. I wish someone like @StephenM would tell @realDonaldTrump that his own Justice Department is still perpetuating elements of the Russia Hoax.
If @AGPamBondi doesn’t come clean, then we plan to ask the judge to order her to declare under oath whether Robert Mueller’s sham indictments of the Netyksho defendants are still being prosecuted in good faith.
Meanwhile, I’m glad @RepThomasMassie and @RoKhanna are asking about Epstein, but why is everybody on Capitol Hill afraid to ask about about Seth Rich or the Netyksho indictments?

In my April 18, 2025 letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel (https://shorturl.at/ZM5gP), I questioned whether United States v. Netyksho, Case No. 1:18-cr-00215 (D.D.C.) was being prosecuted in good faith. More to the point, I questioned whether the case was being kept alive solely to shield documents about the Trump-Russia hoax from FOIA requestors such as my client. As you know, the FBI and the Justice Department are citing Netyksho as grounds for withholding records about Seth Rich and Crowdstrike.
I’m sure you are aware that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has since declared that the Trump-Russia hoax was not just a hoax, but a treasonous attempt to overthrow a duly-elected president. She has released numerous documents to support that allegation and she has referred the matter to the Department of Justice for prosecution.
I plan to ask Judge Mazzant to order the attorney general (or her representative) to provide a sworn declaration stating whether the Netyksho case is being prosecuted in good faith. In particular, I plan to ask Judge Mazzant to order the AG to clarify whether, in light of all of the currently-known evidence (including exculpatory evidence), there is reason to believe that the Netyksho defendants should be prosecuted.
I have not found any cases directly on point, but I believe United States v. Nejad, 487 F. Supp. 3d 206, 226 (S.D.N.Y. 2020) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 83(b) would support our request. Please let me know if your clients intend to oppose. Thank you.

This Seth Rich document coverup is looking more crooked by the day. Just who, or what institution, is being protected?
Sadly, I expect this from Bondi. I have her figured to be a Deep State plant anyway along with her sidekick Wiles. Why Trump lets these two hang around makes me suspicious of him too. I guess time will tell but this all should be watched closely. I don’t trust ANYONE in government.
