Garland Favorito from Voter GA gave a presentation on Tuesday detailing the many reasons why all states should discontinue the use of Dominion Democracy Suite 5.x.
ATLANTA, GA, JANUARY 7, 2025 – VoterGA issued a national call today for all states to discontinue use of Dominion Democracy Suite 5.x and similar voting systems. Co-founder Garland Favorito presented a stunning array of evidence to support their claim that the system is irreparably unsecure.
The evidence focused on forensic reports for Dominion Democracy Suite 5.x systems, a variety of court documents from election related cases and extensive expert testimony all originating in Georgia, Colorado, Michigan or Arizona. The presentation was capped by a short video of an in-court expert demonstration showing how an authenticated Dominion 5.5 server image can be hacked to change election results with just six lines of code.
The presentation outlined 12 claims of major fallacies in the voting systems. These include inability to meet 2005 federal certification requirements because of unprotected encryption keys. Favorito also cited compromised password protection, vote count failures, allowing remote access to key components during elections, and national security issues related to foreign ownership and reliance on foreign software development, maintenance, manufacturing and components.
Further, he also warned that systems like ES&S Express Vote likely have similar problems but that they have been exposed to limited or no forensic evaluation due to the secrecy that is imposed on American voters by vendors and Secretaries of State (SOS) who buy their equipment.
Favorito explained that federal, state and local governments do not have adequate technical expertise to oversee voting system vendors. He cited how federal agencies had been hacked without their knowledge just before federal officials falsely claimed: “The 2020 election was the most secure in American history.” He also mentioned how a recent Georgia case revealed that no one in the SOS office is responsible for cyber security.
Favorito concluded the presentation by stating: “We must end secretly counted elections conducted with secret, proprietary software using secretly preserved ballots now.” He called for hand-marked paper ballots and publicly recorded hand counts. Favorito contended that vulnerable Ballot Marking Devices should be limited to those with disabilities.
Joe you get great very interesting guess on your lindel TV show at 1:00. A lot of them have to do with the election fraud. Please keep the focus on getting our election systems fixed. So many things the Trump Administration is going to have to deal with. But I’m not hearing a lot of talk right now on other shows about the election fraud.
