VINDICATED: Paul Preston on the State of New California.
Paul Preston is the Founder and President of the movement for a New California State. This effort came alive over 10 years ago and is now on the verge of becoming the 51st state in the Union. The New California State model is being utilized in New Illinois, and is soon to be in “New Hawaii”. For the last 6 months New California State has been engaged with Canadian Provinces who wish to become states in the United States.
Concerned about the creep of socialism and communism in the state of California over the past thirty years, Paul searched for a way to stop the ultimate totalitarian takeover of the state of California and the United States. Paul found it in the Founding Fathers Article IV, Section 3 with the formation of a new state from a pre-existing state. This was the same method used by West Virginia in the Civil War.
New California State declared Independence from the state of California on January 15, 2018 following Article IV, Section 3 (state split clause) of the U.S. Constitution. In addition, New California State has conducted 13 constitutional conventions, created a bicameral legislature, passed over 100 resolutions, established 57 county committees and selected super delegates to write the draft of the New California State Constitution. Observers from the White House have been at New California State conventions.
