World leaders are terrified about an outbreak of a new dangerous virus. Preliminary tests are claiming to show it causes death to many young, infirm, or old. The outbreak was first found in a remote part of a foreign county, and conspiracy theories have exploded. It’s been debunked this is related to a medical testing facility located nearby. Instead, it organically originated in a bat cave. Countries are scrambling for a solution as the fear of a worldwide epidemic is spreading. The Curative Worldwide Consortium (CWC) (not an actual organization) is racing for a solution. The Health Organizational Planetary Experts [HOPE}  (not an actual organization) has been receiving donations from members of  the CWC to push for worldwide mandates to solve this emergency. At an emergency meeting, all countries agreed to allow HOPE to implement these mandates, in the interest of saving the World. HOPE has required all countries and all inhabitants to comply. The media is ecstatic that this new age of cooperation amongst all the countries of the World has finally arrived. Peace is at hand.

Twelve Months Later – Unfortunately, not the fault of the CWC or HOPE, the treatment implemented worldwide is causing many people to get sick and die. In addition, the severity of the virus has now been deemed to be no worse than a slight cough, and reports that it was inadvertently leaked out of the nearby medical facility are gaining traction.

This is not at all far-fetched.

Imagine a bureaucrat in  Switzerland deciding, for the entire World, that a new, relatively untested vaccine will be required for all living beings, and that you must comply. Although the United States has not yet granted this kind of power to the World Health Organization (WHO), two U.S. Senators were so concerned about this possibility, that they took the following action:

WASHINGTON — U.S. Senators Kevin Cramer (R-ND) and Jim Risch (R-ID) introduced a resolution to ensure the President does not cede U.S. sovereignty to entities like the World Health Organization (WHO) by ratifying global pandemic agreements without Senate approval.[1]

The “Pass the Medical Freedom Amendment,” as the 28^th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, is a campaign  led by the National Health Federation (NHF) to secure medical freedom for U.S. citizens, and as an example for the rest of the World. This amendment protects the rights of individuals to make their own health decisions without governmental interference.

The NHF notes a growing trend of government and international bodies dictating health policies and regulations that not only limit personal health freedoms but require treatments that override a person’s personal beliefs or medical preferences. These include mandatory vaccinations but could also be restrictions on the sale and distribution of dietary supplements and other health-related choices that individuals should have the right to make on their own. The NHF believes such regulations all-to-often serve the interests of pharmaceutical companies and governmental agencies rather than the public.

This proposed Amendment would safeguard an individual’s right to choose or deny any proposed medical treatments for themselves or their children, and to protect access to natural and alternative options. It also seeks to ensure individuals have the right to access truthful information about healthcare options and to maintain the confidentiality of their medical records.

Proposed Medical Freedom Amendment, the 28^th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

“All people have the Right to secure their Health in the manner they choose. Congress, the President, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments shall make no law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive, emergency order, or enter into any treaty or international agreement that impedes the Individual’s rights to informed consent nor right to medical choice nor freedom of medical choice. The treaty provision of Article VI of this Constitution shall not apply in any way to this amendment.

“Nor shall the President, Congress, State Legislatures and Executives, Governmental Agencies or Departments make any law, rule, regulation, countermeasure, executive, emergency order, or enter into any treaty or international agreement that impedes the Individual’s right to medical privacy and freedom without individual and specific judicial warrant supported by Oath and affirmation of necessary cause to protect Society from Harm describing the Individual’s condition and danger it presents.”
