The UnderDogReport #73B: Digital Assets UPDATE. This was discussed with the UnderDogReport.com interview with James Brown, Montana State Auditor in Sunday’s Report starting at 12 minutes and 50 Second, but this is now a reality.
This is an exciting update to UnderDogReport #73, we are calling it #73B.
The Office of the Montana State Auditor has issued NOTICE OF INFORMAL PUBLIC COMMENT regarding the public’s views, insights, opinions, comments, or augments regarding digital assets and the possible regulation of such digital assets.

Most people are aware of the degree of fraud that has surrounded this industry in addition to the confusion regarding these Digital Assets relative value. Now is the time to provide your opinions on this.
It is important to understand that comments ARE NOT restricted to ONLY Montana State Residence, but any U.S. citizen may make comments. There will be a public meeting on February 26th, at 9AM, but comments will still be accepted if there are received BEFORE Friday, February 28th. (Due to the timing, we suggest you use the email option):

A State and National Standard for Digital Currency – It’s about time there is a Standard, both at the State and National Level for Digital Currencies. This would help protect consumers from fraud and would provide some standards for the industry.
