1. The "Arizona Republic and Gazette",
   was once the newspaper of record in Arizona, a conservative state.
   Bought by most AZ residents !
   (I used to deliver it in my childhood)

   It was bought by Gannett (USA Today), a leftist organization, IMHO.

   Now … it is barely alive, and is printed in Nevada !
   68,000 daily subscribers (per AI)
   Arizona's population is 7.62 million !
   Few read it, and fewer still believe its content !

   It is sad that a good newspaper was destroyed
   by its content !
