Hello, my name is Clare Dunn. This is my second article on the UnderDogReport.com for JoeHoft.com, and I’m incredibly honored you’re reading this. I’m an artist/songwriter in Nashville, but I come from a small, working, family-run farm and ranch in the heartland of Rural America. Throughout most of my life I have witnessed the massive decline of not only Agriculture in our nation, but the rapid loss of American ownership over our own FOOD SUPPLY. So, I decided to do something about it, and took to social media to start spreading the word about our Food Supply/Agriculture. A few viral videos later, a number of them reached over three million views, and here I am in this honored seat, writing to all you fine folks reading this.
If one U.S. Forest Service Agent can get a ranching couple from South Dakota indicted on federal felony charges and almost take away their home, their livelihood, and almost put them in prison for 10 years with $500,000 in fines, they can do it to you. Tyranny to one, applies to all. The U.S. Forest Service Agency has been weaponized against the American people, especially under the Biden Administration, and it’s time to not only end corruption like this, but prosecute it to the fullest extent.

TRUMP DROPS BOGUS BIDEN ADMIN FEDERAL CHARGES AGAINST RANCHING FAMILY
Charles and Heather Maude are a young cattle ranching family (with two young children) from South Dakota. Last year the couple was indicted separately by the Federal Government for theft of federal lands over a fence line that was built about 115 years ago! The Maude family ranch sits next to a piece of the U.S. Forest Service Agency land called “The Buffalo Gap National Grasslands.” The family has farmed and ranched this same piece of land for generations with no complaints and not so much as an insinuation of a blade of grass being out of place on the adjoining Federal Land. That is, until last year when US Forest Service Agent Travis Lunders entered the picture.
A hunter made a complaint to USFS agent Travis Lunders, over a gate he didn’t believe was in the right place. Lunders went to the Maude’s and wanted the entire fence-line moved. The Maudes were agreeable to fix the fence, however here’s where it went sideways. Travis Lunders trespassed on Maude’s land and brought out a USFS survey crew (which, at minimum you should have a 3rd party survey crew in situations like this) there without them knowing it. When the Maude’s asked him to get permission before walking on and surveying THEIR land, all hell broke loose.
Without being given a chance to fix the fence, The Maude couple was then indicted by a grand jury on Federal felony charges of federal land theft and were greeted by armed agents on their ranch to deliver the news. Heather and Charles each were facing 10 years in prison, and a $250,000 fine ($500,000 combined fines). They had to each hire their own attorney, were each placed on a gag order to where they couldn’t even talk to each other about the case, and were told to find guardians for their children in the likely event they would each go to prison. Remember, the fence has been in place for well over 100 years!
A groundswell began through the Agriculture community and Rural America, where true MAGA voters across this country banded together on social media to get word to President Trump and Secretary of Ag Rollins, about this case. Much relief across the nation has been felt since the Trump Administration’s Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins announced the charges would be dropped against the Maude family. However, hundreds of thousands of devout voters say they want to see true justice for the Maude family and want a full and thorough investigation into the USFS and into the agent responsible for this debacle.
Americans and MAGA voters from all over the nation are demanding this case not just go away since the charges were dropped, but that the Trump Administration go on offense. Many are encouraging AG Bondi to get involved, and clean house of the Biden hold-overs in the U.S. Forest Service, which has operated under the radar. We need to endl corruption like this and ensure it never happens again.
If one U.S. Forest Service agent can essentially take away your home, land and throw you in jail, there is no limit to the abuse of power that can happen to any of us, no matter where we live, or what our occupation is. A full investigation into the agent’s motives, and all involved, needs to get started. The grand jury indictment was signed by US Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell.
