The inmates in prisons and jails respected President Trump and the Jan 6ers. They knew that Trump and the Jan 6ers should never have been in prison and they were respected.Â
Cara Castronuova shared this interview with a Jan 6er about the response from other inmates to their pardons.

“We were busted out the middle of the night! That’s GANGSTA, dude,” Loftus had told us right outside D.C. jail.
He continued:
“It was awesome. I am laying in my cell and all of a sudden at like eleven o’clock, cuz the lights were out, you hear bang, bang, bang with a flashlight on the cell door… ‘pack up- your getting ready to leave!’.
I was like ‘what?’, because I am trying not to freeze- the cells are like fifty degrees, it’s like you in a ‘frigerator all the time…for three days we were locked down before getting out…they locked us down Friday so you couldn’t leave your cell for three days at all and I am in there all by myself just trying not to freeze…and when they did that I was so happy. It was awesome…and when they were taking us out…there are like 60 something cells in there, two people in each, there is probably 100 people in there…and they were cheering us as we were leaving…because they all knew we were getting a pardon and they were basically cheering the J6ers…that we were leaving.
We (the J6ers) had street cred and once the other prisoners found out we were J6, we were in.
We had our own table (in the cafeteria), just the four of us J6ers in there, we sat there and that was our table where we ate and played cards. It had J6 scratched on it. We had street cred.
The Trump factor (in jail) is HUGE. Because all these dudes think he’s Gangsta, and we are wicked gangsta! Trump busted us outta jail last night, in the most gangsta way ever.”
We asked Kevin what he would do first thing out of jail:
“I have been seeing on TV in jail a Burger King ad, with the triple stacker thing, the sourdough thing, I think I want to get one of those…on the way back to Texas.”
