The most egregious left wing conspiracy theory going around now about former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters is that she “tampered with/breached” her election systems. Nothing could be further from the truth. Everything Clerk Peters did was amply disclosed in Mesa Reports 1-3 available HERE, and also discussed in the 1 hour documentary SELECTION CODE.

Did anyone in the corrupt Colorado and DOJ hierarchy do anything positive about all this information she faithfully handed to the Mesa County Board of Commissioners, the DA, the AG, the SOS, etc.? NO, they deliberately ‘shot the messenger’, and invented their left wing conspiracy theories and lawfare charges in order to discredit all she did to save America.

Because her discoveries were the ultimate whistleblowing, Clerk Peters was framed with left wing conspiracy theories while they ignored her first amendment right of free speech. Also ignored was the fact that she was acting as an agent of the US Government by preserving the election records deliberately deleted by the SOS well in advance of their 22 month retention requirement per 52 USC 20701.

Make no mistake about it, the left wing conspiracy theories that framed Clerk Peters were generated by the same Deep State ‘family’ that had the secret power to kill JFK and cover it up. These people operate outside of the law, and never faced the possibility of accountability, until now under President Trump’s new DOJ, FBI etc.

The Violation of Tina Peters’ Civil Rights are the Violation of ALL Our Civil Rights

Since at least 1913, the evolving Deep State has repeatedly tried to remake America into a combination of the former USSR, Nazi Germany, and the CCP. In order to accomplish that, stealing elections was key to their plan, and so we’re reminded of Stalin’s famous phrase “Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the vote decide everything.”

When they launched the Plannedemic in 2021, it was game-on to takedown America and they weren’t looking back. By no stretch of the imagination was the infiltrated United States Government ‘looking out for you’ in the way you thought it was. This scene from the movie 1984 was actually what was going on.

The systematic dismantling of our Civil Rights was cleverly hidden behind ‘don’t kill Grandma’ and ‘masks work’.  This led to the claims that the election of 2020 was ‘the safest and most secure election ever’.  As people were pitted against each other, families and friends and gatherings for holidays etc. were decimated, not to mention the right to worship being censored, anything that contradicted the narrative of ‘the state’ was censored.

Clerk Peters is actually a political prisoner still living out the nightmarish tyranny of the prior ‘Justice Department’. At the behest of the Deep State, DOJ leadership colluded via Webex meetings with the Colorado Secretary of State, the Colorado AG, the Mesa County DA and others to ‘find the crime’ to frame her with. She was subsequently tried in a kangaroo court  and not even allowed a meaningful defense presenting exculpatory evidence. During sentencing, ‘Judge’ Barrett went so far as to say on the record that Clerk Peters had no presumption of protected free speech by spewing her “snake oil” about the 2020 election. Clerk Peters has filed a Habeas Corpus (denial of Civil Rights) writ not only for herself, but on behalf of all of us, because as we’ve seen, if they can go after her, they can go after all of us.

This is the same as President Trump’s reasoning when he says “it’s not me they’re after, they’re after you, and I’m just standing in their way”.

On the evening of 28 March, Steve Bannon graciously hosted a Republican Gala in Colorado which included a live call-in by Tina Peters from prison. Steve Bannon also did a moving speech which put the corrupt Oligarchs on notice for their crimes against Tina and America. You can watch the event HERE.
