As I sit here alone in my cell on Christmas Eve, I’m reminded of all the wonderful past holidays with friends and family.

Like most, I was totally unaware of so many like me who live in the reality of prison away from their loved ones in a harsh environment like this.

Some people live life safe, hoping to avoid the pain of loss and hardship. They never learn to truly live and don’t value freedom and liberty. This prison and those in it are becoming hopeful.

They see the courage only God can give me and come up to introduce themselves or yell my name across the yard or chow hall. I blush and tap my heart. Their lives matter.

As a business owner for 32 years, when I decided to run for Mesa County Clerk, my experience told me “I can fix those wait times at the DMV.” I never expected that as an elected official, because I said “yes” to God, he would use me to reveal the most egregious secret of all time: the theft of your voice and your vote.

I’m here because I had to be punished and made an example of. They couldn’t scare me to retract what I said and forget what I saw.

I wouldn’t give in, back down, or give up. Even here and now, through you, I continue to speak out and call out those that do wrong. You must continue to stand strong. Now is the time.

As these criminals continue to be exposed, we will need good and honest Americans ready to stand up and take their places in government. Get prepared and study up to be ready to run your own government. Strive to become the next leaders this country will surely need as the dominoes continue to fall.

for my pardon. We all love and admire you for your bravery and willingness to stand up to evil regardless of the cost. The cost of doing so is great, but the reward of doing what is honorable and right far outweighs the pain.

Today, we are grateful most of all for the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, for God choosing a man like our great President to run this country, and for people like all of you who are willing to step up and fill the gaps.

Pray the Lord will seek fit to have me complete this mission and leave this awful place very soon. I want to move on to restoring our elections before the midterms. Please remember those that are incarcerated. There is a plan to fix this corrupt system and bring freedom, lasting freedom, to the captives.

God bless you all, treasure your family, protect liberty and freedom, live life on purpose. The time is short.

EVERYTHING the Deep State does to hurt America’s Hero and Political Prisoner Tina Peters backfires on them.  They tried like hell to smother her findings of the voting machine election fraud that stole 2020, but instead, the Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, AG Phil Weiser, Governor Polis, DA Dan Rubinstein, Judge Barrett, and those who bore false witness during her rigged Soviet trial instead got exposed for their treason.  At the top of the list is conflicted Governor Polis of the infamous “Rocky Mountain Heist” who has been spotlighted by President Trump for being the pathetic usurper of authority that he is.

Polis’s response to President Trump’s comments about him is ill-founded by falsely stating she was convicted by a ‘Jury of her Peers’.  Nothing could be further from the truth. Tina was railroaded out of having any meaningful defense by the “Republican Prosecutor” (RINO) he references, and the jury was intentionally kept from knowing ANY vindicating information.  Their malicious prosecution of Tina is fortunately boomeranging on them, because while in prison, Tina is being recognized as a hero by calling out the deplorable conditions in the prison.  Also, President Trump’s multiple Truth Social posts about her highlight the motivation of those maliciously against her.  That motivation is saving their own skin at her expense.

Because Tina called out the pathetic prison conditions all inmates at La Vista prison endure, the DOJ arranged a visit to that prison to inspect those claimed conditions.  The visit led to the prison attempting to ‘paper over’ the conditions with the forced labor on prisoners 16 hours per day, so it would ‘look nice’ for the DOJ’s visit.  They didn’t fool the DOJ, and once again, the Colorado Evil Empire looked like a gang of manipulating thug fools.

The biggest backfire of all is uncovering the false claims that Colorado had any jurisdiction at all in prosecuting Tina.  Since the Civil War, a situation of similar magnitude has not arisen. Still, because Tina was in the capacity of a Government Election Agent in 2020, the grand case of the federal government versus the state is now front and center.  It is anticipated that the trap door will soon open for all treasonously responsible to fall through.  There is no doubt that Colorado intentionally destroyed all election records in violation of 52 USC 20701, and then further covered up those actions in violation of 52 USC 20702.

These Deep State FOOLS still haven’t realized that no matter what they do to Tina to pin their criminality upon her, it will backfire on them.  No matter the scale of attack, including all physical harm that could jeopardize her life, it will ultimately lead to the demise of those responsible.  If the worst were to ever happen to her during this standoff, she would be further elevated to a folk hero of unimaginable epic proportions.

    • This is an irresponsible comment, completely against the ideals of Freedom, Liberty and even justice. While I want her out of prison as bad as you or anyone else, your wish to use the military in such a way is 100% contradictory to what the founding fathers wanted. That kind of vigilantism is exactly why the founding fathers placed the military under the direct civilian control of the President and the Congress. If you'd given any thought to the repercussions of having such a military, you'd be ranting against what you just said.

  28. I have my doubts about who actually wrote this. Prison's read your all of your incoming/outgoing mail and by doing so, cause it to be delayed by several days, minimum. Plus, they don't let you write certain things. The timing and the language make me doubt this letter's authenticity.

  63. So, to be clear, during the Covid Pandemic, Colorado released over 300 Prison Inmates, most with violent sentences, so they could go home for medical reasons, that being Covid.

    Tina Peters who has committed no violence, appeared every time asked to appear or surrender herself. She has a persistent cough, a recurrence of lung cancer (a prior survivor), constant pain in her neck, back, and hips, sleep deprivation, cognitive decline, and overall deteriorating health while in prison.

    Her imprisonment is only because they know the Feds want her to blow the whistle on the Democrats and Democrat Politicians who committed election crimes.

  101. This is such an agrievous violation of human rights against Tina Peters who was denied her right to present exculpatory evidence and the truth. Likewise I also have a bone to pick with Colorado over the Yvonne Woods disaster where as a forensic CBI DNA expert for Colorado this woman gave false testimony in a court of law and also is accused of altering & deleting DNA results involving some "with concerns that over 1,000 convictions may rely on compromised evidence" – one of which is a family member. I about fell off my bench seat in court when I heard her testimony where she stated that the accused's DNA was not found on the murder weapon but she peeked beneath the threshold (an identification threshold) and there he was – below the scale for a match and the judge allowed this testimony to stand even though the public defender objected. For 20 years this family member has been in prison for a crime he denies he committed but false testimony from a CBI DNA expert put him there. He had 3 trials – the first was a hung jury, the second was a conviction with Yvonne Woods' testimony and the third was the CO Supreme Court. He has now been assigned a new attorney by the state of Colorado but it will take years before he will be freed (if ever while I am still alive) due to going over 3 trial cases which are voluminous. Yes, Colorado – a beautiful state – has gone from bad to worse & I just wanted to say they have served injustice to many who are behind prison bars. IMO
    .
