Tina Peters has reportedly been moved to solitary confinement while the individuals who put her there are being celebrated at an event Thursday evening.
You can’t make this stuff up!
On Thursday evening, Colorado’s Attorney General Phil Weiser and the District Attorney in Mesa County, Dan Rubinstein, are being recognized in large part for placing Tina Peters in prison for nine years.
This celebration for these attorneys who ignored that Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution in their prosecution of Tina Peters is unreal. This is the communist takeover of America and it is like living in another world.
Now, it turns out that Tina Peters has been moved to solitary confinement. This harsh treatment is another wicked action taken against Tina Peters who did her job for her county after the 2020 Election.

Breaking: Tina Peters @realtinapeters filed a writ of habeas corpus. With allegations of misconduct involving the Sheriff. Retaliation commences… They attempted to move Tina to a pod that is called the “incentive pod” and she declined. They then told her if she did not accept the “promotion” she would be written up. The incentive pod is an open area where 15 or so people are put together. The outcome is it is not as safe as a cell with those she may or may not trust. for the moment, lets say she feels safer where she is, after months of being targeted by guards and other prisoners.
Fast forward to last night. I have now gotten unconfirmed reports that they have sent Tina to solitary confinement for 27 days as her punishment. Punishment for filing legal proceedings. Punishment for standing up against the criminal cartels.
Imagine a world where they are allowed to bully and abuse a 69 year old gold star mom who risked it all to uncover the misdeeds of the criminal cartel that includes @dominionvoting and their diabolical leadership. It includes the judges, the DA, the AG, the Colorado SOS and even the Governor of Colorado.
Saying free Tina Peters is not nearly enough… @POTUS @PamBondi @elonmusk when are we going to bring one of our own home? As important as all that we are prioritizing is, setting the stage for the prosecution of the criminals in Colorado and getting Tina out of this hell, has to take its place at the front of all this.

It breaks my heart to hear what is happening to Tina. I’ve emailed Trump several times about her already, and will do more now. It’s embarrassing to be living in a country whose treatment of its political prisoners (never thought this would become a common phrase in America!) is so cruel and that it’s being ALLOWED to happen and even ENCOURAGED to happen! Now that Trump is in office, I’m hoping it will just be a matter of time to get ALL this cruelty to stop and IMPRISON ALL those involved! From those who dreamed up the tortures, to those who carried out the orders. It doesn’t matter if they were only following orders, THEY CHOSE TO DO IT RATHER THAN DO THE RIGHT THING! Life is full of hard choices, they made the wrong one (a sentiment they have often said about the innocent people they have persecuted). And it seems like there was enjoyment derived from their cruelty. If that behavior isn’t punished, it won’t stop. I really hope this opens everyone’s eyes to how inhumane this prison system is…And the justice system…AND everyone in between that went along (and are STILL going along) with this horror.
