“The President Has an Abolute Unreviewable Right to Take Whatever He Wants When He Leaves Office” – Per Chris Farrell from Judicial Watch

Chris Farrell from Judicial Watch shares the truth about the President’s rights involved in taking records with him after leaving the White House.

Judicial Watch Director of Investigations and Research, Chris Farrell joined “Real America with Dan Ball” on One America News to discuss the latest indictment charges against former President Donald Trump, the “Clinton Sock Drawer” case, and what the Biden DOJ is hiding about Jack Smith’s special counsel team.

Farrell shared that the ruling by Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Judicial Watch’s case against files in Bill Clinton’s socks drawer was that:

“The President has an absolute unreviewable right to take whatever he wants when he leaves office.”

The DOJ knows this but for some sinister and evil reasons chose to ignore it.  The corrupt Jack Smith reportedly didn’t even mention the Presidential Records Act or the Clinton Socks Drawer case in front of the grand jury.

These people are sick.

Biden, Hillary and Obama clearly wanted some documents back that President Trump declassified and took with him to Mar-a-Lago.  They wanted this so bad they committed crimes to get it back.
