We first heard of Lindsey Halligan working for President Trump after the illegal Mar-a-Lago raid.
The crooked Biden regime authorized the raid in an effort to steal documents that the President rightly held in his possession. Halligan was on Hannity to discuss what happened and the corruption in the elections and more.

The Mar-a-Lago case was eventually thrown out by a federal judge in Florida after putting the President, his family and all good Americans threw hell. We all watched in real time the destruction of the Justice Department from within.
One month ago Halligan took over the reigns of the Eastern District of Virginia. Within her first month, she fired corrupt actors running the district.
Her replacement was connected to Jim Comey. His wife’s father was a godfather to one of Comey’s children. Erik Seibert went out of his way trying to protect Comey and charges were in place in a few days after Halligan took over.
Comey’s son in law was one of the attorneys under Seibert. He too is gone.
Halligan also fired a leaker – Elizabeth Yusi.

Halligan then indicted both Comey and Letitia James who was indicted on mortgage fraud. These crimes committed by these two Deep Staters were known for a long time. Finally, someone took action.
Then, Halligan ended the Mueller Special Counsel by ending the case against a colleague of General Flynn’s who the Deep State went after in their effort to get Flynn on false charges and lies. This case and the Special Counsel remained open until Halligan acted.
Why Comey’s Crimes in Leaking Classified Documents Are Very Severe
Now the Deep State wants Halligan gone. If she can do this all in a month what can she do in a year?
Corrupt Comey and Letitia want Halligan gone. They both petitioned the corrupt judges overseeing their cases and have asked for her removal.

Then went onto doing material science at a major company with numerous patents and publications… Past experiences have very little basis of future results. The only thing worse than a corrupt prosecutor is the corrupt judges who let them get away with it.
Comey is deep state, and so are the Judges, so it will be a fight to get an honest trial by an honest prosecutor.
The article does not say what it is about Halligan's appointment they believe is illegal and/or unconstitutional.

I read about both cases pushing this decision to another judge for a decision yesterday. But that article also did not say what it was about her appointment that found illegal and/or unconstitutional. I should look for their motions about it and see if they are available for review.

That was a defense action. Not a prosecution. We will see what happens. My guess if it is given to a leftist judge the charges will be dropped. If it is given to a normal judge the case will move forward. The left has proven they are very good with getting their cases before leftist judges.
I reviewed the 34 page motion. I skipped the references and just looked at the text description. I am not a lawyer but I have looked at a lot of this kind of stuff over the last 5 years or so. They have a so so case of sorts. The previous US Attorney resigned/got fired because he was deep state and refused to charge Comey for anything. There was just a few days before the 5 year statue of limitations was going to expire on the Comey case. Trump/Bondi quickly put Halligan in as US Attorney and she signed the indictments and they went forward. It turns out she has no experience prosecuting people. There is a bunch of discussion about that. Also she had not been confirmed by the Senate yet. Also discussion about what Trump said in public that Comey had to be prosecuted so he “interfered” in the case. That rendered the case directed malicious prosecution which would be improper.
I don’t know. It could go either way. A leftist judge might agree and drop the charges. A normal judge probably would not based on the merits of the case and would allow it to move forward. We will see what happens.

if i understand what i have read concerning Miss Halligan’s appointment she was not supported by the assistant ag’s and judges of the eastern district if i have it she was appointed they blocked appointment and installed a different atty. Then the administration fired the atty that the judges supported and installed Miss Halligan if I got it wrong please let me know
