Ty Clevenger, the attorney who has doggedly gone after documents in the possession of the Deep State, has also been going after the list of U.S. Citizens surveilled by the US government. The Deep State will not comply.

Various courts have already admitted the searches were illegal, so don’t the victims have a right to know that they were targeted? Or maybe WHY they were targeted?
On August 9, 2025, I filed a motion (https://shorturl.at/nAf3l) urging the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to expedite the case, which has been in limbo for years. Today, the Justice Department opposed that request (https://shorturl.at/2Tg5I) on the grounds that “it is not necessary” because the court will get around to it “in due course.” In other words, the Trump Administration is officially in favor of keeping the victims in the dark indefinitely.
Do the Trump Administration principals know about this or are the deep state careerists still sabotaging from within? Maybe @TheLastRefuge2 has some insight.
