It is safe to say that most Americans don’t believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was the “lone assassin” of President John F. Kennedy, as claimed by the Warren Commission. There are simply too many lies, too many holes in the government’s case—from the forensic evidence, medical evidence, Oswald’s background, Jack Ruby’s background, eyewitness accounts, and much else that has come to light since 1963. The most sensitive of the government’s Kennedy assassination files remain classified. Presidential candidates promise to release them and then balk when they take office.

Today, the theories about who killed JFK abound. The CIA did it; the Mafia did it; J. Edgar Hoover did it; Lyndon Johnson did it; the Israelis did it; and other scenarios. Yet, in all the chatter—much of it well-intentioned and some of it competent—very few reference the only actual prosecution and criminal trial of an individual for the assassination of the President. That is the case brought to trial in 1969 by the District Attorney of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, Jim Garrison.

Lyndon LaRouche always maintained that Garrison, in his prosecution of Clay Shaw, was on the right track, that he had “cracked the case,” and rigorous pursuit of his initial discoveries would have led to the true authors of the assassination. Garrison was attacked, obstructed, ridiculed, and harassed at every turn, particularly by the U.S. Intelligence community and its mainstream media scribes of the day. Oliver Stone resurfaced Garrison’s investigation in the movie “JFK” which did spark new investigations and a complete debunking of the Warren Commission coverup. But Stone, too, was ruthlessly attacked by the intelligence community and the media.

Who Was Clay Shaw?

Clay Shaw was a former Office of Strategic Services (OSS) operative, who was based in London and functioned as OSS liaison officer to the headquarters of Winston Churchill during World War II. In 1946 Shaw founded the International Trade Mart (ITM) in New Orleans. The ITM, ostensibly a business consortium, was a front for money laundering, shady business deals and the channeling of untraceable money into various spook projects. In 1958 the International Trade Mart was swallowed up by a new company called Permindex (“Permanent Industrial Expositions”) and became a subsidiary of Permindex’s international arm, the Rome-based Centro Mondiale Commerciale (CMC). Shaw was made a member of the Board of Directors of Permindex.

Permindex was created and led by the Canadian, Louis Mortimer Bloomfield. It was founded in Basel, Switzerland, but Bloomfield ran it out of his corporate headquarters in Montreal. Bloomfield had a long history as an operative for British Intelligence’s Special Operations Executive (SOE). He joined the British military as an intelligence officer in Palestine in 1936-39, helping train the Hagenah. During the war years he has been placed by various sources as the SOE liaison to the FBI, serving as J. Edgar Hoover’s personnel advisor for the Bureau’s foreign counterintelligence section, known as Division Five. He is also said to have had major dealings with the OSS, later becoming a contract agent for the CIA. Given the relationship of British intelligence to both agencies, it is likely that Bloomfield had intimate relationships with both.

After the war, Bloomfield became a high-level operative and trouble-shooter within the British Empire elite. He was one of the founding members of the Canadian branch of Prince Philip’s Malthusian World Wildlife Fund, as well as the even more elite “1001 Club,” whose members were drawn from the inner circles of the British and Dutch monarchies. Later in his career, he was named King’s Counsel for Canada by Queen Elizabeth, and received the exclusive royal honor of being inducted into Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem. This places him at the top level of British intelligence operations.

Current Google searches for Permindex, Shaw, or Bloomfield yield highly sanitized or outright fictional accounts of their upstanding and respectable lives. In reality, a closer examination of the Board of Directors of Permindex, reveals a group of powerful individuals connected to very dirty and very corrupt business, political and intelligence practices, including arms-trafficking, money-laundering, and assassinations. One such is Tibor Rosenbaum, the Mossad agent and partner of Meyer Lansky who established the notorious Banque De Credit International (BCI) in 1959 as a vehicle for money laundering, arms trafficking, and the financing of off-the-books paramilitary and mercenary hit squads.

Many members of the Permindex Board were closely associated with Canadian/British master-spy Sir William Stephenson. In the summer and fall of 1963, most of the board members of Permindex, including Clay Shaw, Mortimer Bloomfield, and Jean de Menil (the CEO of the Houston-based Schlumberger Corporation), were attending a series of secret meetings at Stephenson’s personal compound in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The attendees and the timing are highly suggestive with respect to the subsequent murder of Kennedy in Dallas.

Permindex’s Murder, Inc.

In 1967, Permindex was banned from doing business in Italy, France, and Switzerland, and its offices in those countries were closed. French authorities had found that Permindex had provided funds for several assassination attempts against French President Charles de Gaulle, following DeGaulle’s decision to grant independence to Algeria and other French colonies. A Permindex spin-off, the Caribbean Anti-Communist League, based in Clay Shaw’s New Orleans, had funneled several hundred thousand dollars to members of the Secret Army Organization (OAS) in France to kill de Gaulle. According to Italian investigations, the same OAS and Permindex had assassinated the JFK ally Enrico Mattei in 1962. Declassified British intelligence papers name Mattei as a primary enemy of the British Empire for his anti-imperial oil dealings, particularly in Africa and the Middle East. John F. Kennedy himself also pursued an anti-imperial, anti-colonial policy in Africa and throughout the developing sector.

The Anti-Communist League funding the OAS had its headquarters at the New Orleans office of “retired” FBI troubleshooter Guy Bannister. Bannister was directly implicated by Garrison in the JFK assassination. Permindex Board member, Tibor Rosenbaum’s BCI bank, was also found by subsequent police investigations to be conduiting Permindex funds into the OAS.

Permindex’s Centro Mondiale Commerciale was also engaged in the laundering of CIA funds for “illegal political-espionage activities” in Europe. During and after his trial Shaw denied any direct involvement with the CIA, but evidence has now surfaced that, at the time of the Kennedy assassination, he possessed a high-level covert CIA security clearance. The more important subject of British and American intelligence connections to Permindex, the International Trade Mart and the Centro Mondiale Commerciale has never been raised in a courtroom or in any venue where witnesses are under oath. As LaRouche stated, Jim Garrison put the investigation on the right track, but that path of investigation has been largely blocked since 1969.

Garrison’s case depended on his proofs linking Shaw, David Ferrie and Lee Harvey Oswald to each other and to the address 544 Camp Street where the office of Guy Bannister was located. Ferrie was a mercenary who had worked under Bannister in the New Orleans-based training and weapons supply operation for Cuban exiles, and Ferrie had known Oswald for years. Shaw successfully lied that he had never met Ferrie, subverting the heart of Garrison’s case against him. Photographs from a New Orleans Parish newspaper and from a Civil Air Patrol exercise surfaced much later showing Ferrie and Shaw together but Garrison did not have them.

As for Oswald, the evidence that he was some sort of intelligence agent is overwhelming. His highly unorthodox “defection” to the Soviet Union, followed by his return to the United States with no legal consequences (during the height of the Cold War) is simply inexplicable. That and other recent documentation argues that he had a direct relationship with the CIA. His multiple connections to the FBI are also a matter of record. Oswald telegraphed J. Edgar Hoover, 48 hours BEFORE the assassination, warning Hoover of a plot to kill the President. Hoover suppressed that telegram and ordered FBI offices all across the country to bury any documentation linking Oswald to the FBI. After his arrest Oswald insisted that he was a patsy, and he maintained this up to the moment he was gunned down by Jack Ruby. Ruby, himself, had been an FBI informant, working for Bannister years earlier in Chicago. Ruby also had dealings with the CIA.

Who Benefits? —Another Turning Point

Like Presidents Lincoln and McKinley, Kennedy was killed by the British oligarchy while advancing U.S. interests in conflict with British geopolitical aims. In his foreign and domestic policies, Kennedy had astonished the world by fighting to break out of the prison of the “cold war” paradigm that had controlled world events since Winston Churchill’s 1946 “Iron Curtain” speech. Following the Cuban missile crisis, he had maintained a direct and secret correspondence with Soviet Premier Khrushchev, in pursuit of peace, to the outrage of Anglo-American intelligence services monitoring him. He had also picked up where Franklin Roosevelt left off in supporting the economic development of sovereign nations throughout the former colonial world, infuriating the British. In Part 4, “The British Kill William McKinley,” we examined the sudden and catastrophic changes in economic policy, strategic outlook and culture imposed upon America within months of McKinley’s assassination. Let us now look at what happened to America after November 22, 1963.

First and foremost, Kennedy’s decision to withdraw U.S. military personal from Vietnam was reversed within days of his murder. Within a year we plunged into a bloody 10-year war that killed more than 50,000 Americans, inflicted horrific damage on the nation of Vietnam and produced social convulsions within the United States and throughout Southeast Asia. In that decade of crisis, America was driven closer into a strategic partnership with our “closest ally,” the United Kingdom. In the economic arena, Kennedy’s Executive Order to print non-Federal Reserve sovereign U.S. Notes was cancelled, his investment tax credit for industrial and technological development was reversed, and his commitment to the aggressive development of the nation’s infrastructure was abandoned.

Kennedy’s intention for permanent human space exploration and colonization was also killed off. By the time Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, NASA’s budget was already being slashed, and decisions had been made to terminate all manned space flight outside of Earth orbit. Kennedy’s vision of human exploration and discovery, enunciated in his Rice University speech, was tossed in the dustbin. The challenges and optimism which characterized the Apollo space flights—which significantly impacted American culture in the early to mid-60s—vanished.

By 1965, the year that would have initiated Kennedy’s second Presidential term, the British had launched the drug war against America. Over the next decade, the optimism which infused the Kennedy Presidency was replaced by the pessimism of a national drug culture. Millions of young Americans fell victim to this. We still live, to this day, with that cultural shift, set into motion by the British directed conspiracy of November 22,1963.

Conclusion

In Part 4 of this report, we quoted from President McKinley’s speech at the Pan American Exposition in 1901. It was a message of hope, heralding a new era for mankind. McKinley was shot at the Exposition, within 48 hours of this speech.

In ending this report, let us look briefly at three other speeches:  Abraham Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address, John F. Kennedy’s American University speech, and Donald Trump’s speech at Davos in 2018.

In March 1865, Lincoln faced the staggering task of reuniting the nation and moving forward after the deadliest and most horrific war in our history. Lincoln concluded his Secord Inaugural Address by saying:

“Fondly do we hope—fervently do we pray—that this mighty scourge of war may speedily pass away. Yet, if God wills that it continue until all the wealth piled by the bondman’s two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said, ‘The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether’.

“With malice toward none;  with charity for all;  with firmness in the right, as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in;  to bind up the nation’s wounds;  to care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphan—to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace among ourselves, and with all nations.”

America had paid in blood for the sin of slavery. Now Lincoln posed a new future, a new hope for the people of America, and indeed for the people of the world. But Lincoln, like McKinley, would not be allowed a second term as President.

Five months before his assassination, on June 10, 1963, President Kennedy delivered the Commencement Address at American University. Today, this is commonly referred to as his “Peace Speech.”

“What kind of a peace do I mean? What kind of peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and build a better life for their children — not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women — not merely peace in our time but peace for all time. . .

“Our problems are manmade. Therefore, they can be solved by man. And man can be as big as he wants. No problem of human destiny is beyond human beings. Man’s reason and spirit have often solved the seemingly unsolvable and we believe they can do it again. . .

“‘When a man’s ways please the Lord,’ the Scriptures tell us, ‘He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.’  And is not peace, in the last analysis, basically a matter of human rights, the right to live out our lives without fear of devastation, the right to breathe air as nature provided it, the right of future generations to a healthy existence?. . .

“We shall also do our part to build a world of peace where the weak are safe and the strong are just. We are not helpless before that task or hopeless of its success. Confident and unafraid, we labor on, not toward a strategy of annihilation but toward a strategy of peace.”

This was what John F. Kennedy perceived as the proper role for America in the world. But he too, like Lincoln and McKinley would not be allowed to serve a second term as President.

This brings us to Donald Trump. On January 21, 2020, President Trump “entered the Lion’s Den” of the oligarchical World Economic Forum at the annual WEF conference in Davos, Switzerland. He spoke before an audience, some of whom were filled with murderous hostility toward America. But like John Kennedy’s approach to the Soviet Union, he offered not confrontation but a pathway to a better future.

As noted by Barbara Boyd in Part 2 of this report, Trump’s speech began with the admonition, “This is not a time for pessimism; this is a time for optimism,” and challenged leaders throughout the world to create a glorious future for humanity. He held up the example of the “incredible” Duomo of Florence as an illustration of what human creativity can achieve. Trump stated:

“The Cathedrals of Europe teach us to pursue big dreams, daring adventures, and unbridled ambitions. They urge us to consider not only what we build today, but what we will endure long after we are gone. They testify to the power of ordinary people to realize extraordinary achievements when united by a grand and noble purpose.”

And he concluded with these marching orders:

“Together, we must go forward with confidence, determination, and vision. We must not be timid, or meek, or fearful — but instead we must boldly seize the day and embrace the moment.

“Together, we will make our nations stronger, our countries safer, our culture richer, our people freer, and the world more beautiful than ever before. Above all else, we will forever be loyal to our workers, our citizens, and our families — the men and women who are the backbone of our economies, the heart of our communities, and the soul of our countries. Let us bring light to their lives one by one and empower them to light up the world.”

The imperial oligarchy has declared war against that vision and against Trump. As the 2018 House of Lords Report states, “The U.S. Administration has taken a number of high-profile unilateral foreign policy decisions that are contrary to the interests of the United Kingdom.”   The Lords make clear that Donald Trump—like Lincoln, like McKinley, like Kennedy—must not be allowed, under any circumstances, to serve a second term as President of the United States. Only a fool would fail to understand the implications of this threat coming from the highest echelons of the British Empire.

  1. I did not know Ruby was connected to Bannister. That could not have been a close association, since Ruby left Chicago before Bannister moved there to be the SAIC. They may have had contact when Bannister was in New Orleans later, with gun running.

    This article does not establish the British killed JFK.

    The people most immediately responsible for the ambush were the shooters (a few names are prominently mentioned) and associated support people, the Secret Service, and the Dallas Police. LBJ and Hoover were the major players in DC. Hoover blocked any real investigation (similar to Barr in the 2020 election coup). The hit could not have happened without LBJ agreeing to cover it up.

    RFK’s behavior was disgraceful He was the USA AG, and he never attempted to investigate the murder. I never hear a mention of RFK turning his back on his dead brother. He was a part of the coverup, by definition. He sat back and watched the FBI seize all evidence.

    Garrison did a courageous thing. He identified New Orleans connections, which could have been traced back to expose the entire plot.
