The Supreme Court ruled on corrupt judges overcharging individuals in their courts based on their own decisions.

Kuehne pleaded guilty to civil disorder. Judge Tim Kelly (Trump appointee) sentenced him to 75 days in jail, 2 years of supervised release, and ordered him to pay a $2,000 fine.
