Supreme Court Amicus Brief Argues that Corrupt DOJ’s Hiring of Corrupt Jack Smith Was Unconstitutional

Biden’s corrupt DOJ didn’t have the constitutional right to create a Jack Smith Special Counsel and constitutional scholars have shared this with the US Supreme Court.

Jack Smith is no attorney, he is a political hitman.  His job is to destroy his targets any way possible.  This is why he was hired by the corrupt DOJ.  He was hired to destroy President Trump.

A group of constitutional lawyers shared an amicus brief with the US Supreme Court that argues that the DOJ had no right to hire corrupt Jack Smith as Special Counsel in the first place.

Attorney Mike Davis shared this amicus brief in a couple tweets this past week.

Davis shares:

Powerful Supreme Court amicus brief by legal heavyweights.

Including vocal Never Trumper Steven Calabresi.

They make a persuasive argument Garland’s appointment of Jack Smith is unconstitutional.

Thus, Jack Smith’s prosecutions of Trump are illegal.

Here’s Davis’s tweets:

The final point is:

Smith is also a crooked cop who never should have been appointed in the first place.
