Sidney Powell Takes Plea Deal in Georgia Election Case – Admits to Misdemeanors

Sidney Powell took a plea deal in the Georgia case against her and President Trump and others.

This one is initially difficult to figure out.

The Daily Caller reported moments ago:

Former Trump attorney Sidney Powell pleaded guilty Thursday to several misdemeanor charges in the Georgia 2020 election case.

Powell’s guilty plea comes the day before jury selection was scheduled for her Oct. 23 trial with co-defendant attorney Kenneth Chesebro. She was among 19 co-defendants indicted on charges in August for allegedly seeking to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia, including Georgia’s “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations” (RICO) Act.

Powell is required to write an apology letter and to testify against co-defendants in upcoming proceedings, the judge said during the hearing. Prosecutors recommended Powell be sentenced to 12 months probation for each of the six charges against her, for a total of six years, and required to pay a $6,000 fine and $2,700 restitution to Georgia.

Powell initiated four cases in four states after the 2020 Election.  This was discussed in the book, The Steal – Volume III: The Cover-Up.  Three of four of Powell’s cases were in front of corrupt Obama judges.  All of her cases were thrown out without even hearing or reviewing the mounds of evidence of election fraud.

Here is what was reported related to Arizona:

In Arizona, Sidney Powell’s efforts were also blocked by an Obama judge. US District Judge Diane Humetewa, who was praised for being the first Hopi Indian judge, and who claims to be a Republican, was placed in her current position by Barack Obama. She was somehow appointed the judge over Powell’s case.

Powell filed a 53-page document showing that the results of the 2020 Election in Arizona should never have been certified. Hundreds of thousands of ballots were identified with material issues. Powell also addressed system issues. This all had to be put together within weeks after the 2020 Election. Arizona was awarded to Joe Biden with a 10,000-vote margin a week after the election.

Powell was given very little time in court to go through her monster filing full of evidence and instead had to argue against the defense’s motion to dismiss the case on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, in front of Obama Judge Humetewa. It soon became clear that the judge was not interested in Powell’s evidence or arguments.

The next day on December 9, 2020, Obama Judge Humetewa dismissed the case. Somehow, in less than 24 hours, Humetewa put together a 29-page ruling throwing out the case. Ask any attorney, and they will tell you that the ruling had to have been drafted before the hearing on December 9. There simply was no way she could have drafted a 29-page document in a few hours after the case was heard. Others might even argue that her ruling was provided to her.

Powell never had a chance.  The judges threw them out.  But with this case in Georgia, the judge was happy to take on the case from a corrupt Soros-backed local DA.

For some reason, Powell found it was best to plea to misdemeanors and get it over with rather than fight the BS cases.
