What industry are you referring to exactly? Tech? We have this data center craze in which no new power plants are being built to handle them and that is very problematic. The problem with that is is two fold 1) areas where new Data centers and going in not only is the electricity rates going up, but so too are the water rates. The irony is Data Centers can use TAP water in their cooling systems due to impurities with it, so processed water has to trucked in. 2) Data Centers and Airports share one feature that many don't know, they don't have limits on power usage. Then there's the computer memory shortage being created on projected demand the simply can not sustain its' self and the bubble in larger than the 08 and DOTcom bubbles put together.
