President Trump’s team filed a motion last night in the Mar-a-Lago raid case to have it dismissed.
In November of 2022 we reported that Joe Biden’s DOJ raided President Trump’s home and inserted documents into the stash of records that they stole from President Trump. They used these inserted documents to make this case seem legit.
But this was not the case as we found out recently. Now the Trump team is asking Judge Cannon to dismiss the case because of the corrupt Biden DOJ tampering with evidence in this case.

Julie Kelly believes that Judge Cannon already knows about the the mismanagement, destruction and insertion of documents in this case. She has asked the corrupt Jack Smith team about this before.
Can’t imagine Judge Cannon will take this lightly (I also assume she already knows this, which is why she asked Jay Bratt directly during a March 2024 hearing if the sequence of the evidence in the boxes were in original order.
