These additional actions by Trump, no matter how successful they are in the field, WILL NOT LEAD TO A PEACE DEAL! When will Trump finally understand this? He is not negotiating with mid-town Manhattan real estate developers looking for a better deal. He is dealing with religious fanatics who are politically and morally corrupt, who have no compunction about killing or lying, and who will continue their aggression as long they have breath in their bodies and control of Iran.
I like Trump, I like much of what he has done, I do not wish to negative, but honestly, when will he get it? Is he truly “optimistic” that these actions will lead to peace? It was a dream or vision what ever you want to call it.It did not feel that far away the timeline of events.I was driving in my car early in the morning around maybe 5 am felt like I was comeing home from a job at a radio or maybe tv station.I was listening to the radio and they said that Iranain oil tankers being escorted by russian warships have attemed to cross the US naval blockaid of the Gulf of Oman and that an exchange between US Naval Forces and Russian Warships has occured and that a US navy carrier has been sunk by a low yeild nuclear blast and that we responed with same.Then shortly after I started to hear the weather sirens and then the Emergency Alert System over the radio. Then shortly after that The radio announcer’s have stated that nuclear weapon explosions have taken out nato miltary headquaters and norad in Colorado then I saw mutable detonations of nuclear weapons not far from where I was at.Then one more flash of light then I was up.I don’t know if this was just a dream or events to come.

Catholics believe that saints who are dead on earth are alive in heaven , including Mary. They “pray” to those saints to petition them to pray for us. Mary is felt to have an especially close relationship to Jesus. This is distinct and separate from “worshipping” Mary, or the saints.

That last phrase sounds good, so why call Mary as the intermediary? One doesnt add an extra step to get to Jesus, and The Faher is left out. We are to pray TO the Father in the name of Jesus, not implore Mary to intercede to Jesus. Jesus is the mediator, not Mary. This is the commandment of Jesus himself.
As a cradle Catholic, I struggled with that in my late teens and early twenties. I had a hard time with going to anyone other than directly to Jesus, until I realized that praying to them is asking someone who has more influence with Jesus than I do to advocate for you. Jesus’ first miracle came at the request (reads like a demand) of His mother. I know in life I’ve asked someone to put in a good word for me because they had influence I did not.
That is true in this life. But his mother is a born again Christian who was in the upper room on the day of Pentecost. She followed her sons commandment. She is not an advocate between man and Christ. Christ is an advocate between man and God. The roles can not be switched. Its as simple as that.
Everything through Christ. However, after a lot of study I have chosen to believe in Mary’s role in the Church and that she’s the new Eve and a mediatrix for us.

Truly, I say unto you, Whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, HE will give it you. There is not example in the chronicle of the Acts of the Apostles, nor in any of the epistles, where Mary was to whom prayed.
We obviously won’t agree completely, but I can tell you when Jesus was on the cross and spoke to John, “behold your Mother”, the Catholic Church says that was Jesus giving his mother to mankind. The honoring of Mary and praying to her goes back to before the Bible was put together. I have to ask, respectfully because I’ve always wondered, how can you be so sure about a book written by a Church to which you don’t subscribe, yet everything else from the same Church, you disregard?
Jesus on the cross at that moment was fulfilling the dutiy of the elder son. He was in that moment our continuing example of love in action and expression. He did not leave his mother homeless, but rather entrusted her to his most faithful disciple, John. Even when he was suffering greatly his focus was not on himself, but others. That was the message in that action. Love is greater than all.
Considering how much you know, I’m sure you’re aware there are layers to the Bible and many passages have multiple meanings. The Church’s 2,000 year study and repository of the faith is why I stayed Catholic. I don’t know of any other faith that has the Magesterium and Tradition to round out our understanding like the Catholic Church does. The Catholic Church teaches the additional layer that Jesus was giving His mother to the world in addition to passing on the worldly responsibility of care for her. You don’t have to believe it, but I do. I’ve seen too many Marian miracles to believe otherwise.

Also, we’re arguing semantics, Mary still has to ask her Son, and it’s more of do you want to get some powerful advocates in your court or just work things by yourself. In the book of Revelation, the elders bow before the lamb and cast their crowns at his feet. John gives a description of the throne, no where in that description is Mary present or mentioned. Mens dogma is not scripture, nor accepted by God. The Pharisees were doing the same thing and Christ himself condemned them for putting their traditions, talmud, the oral traditions above torah. Look it up, schmuck. The ones that claim they are the arbiter of God’s Word are the falsest of prophets. There is no ambiguity in what the Bible says. God is the Father, Christ is His only begotten Son and only through His sacrifice and belief in Him can a soul be saved.

The Pope and priests read the Bible to us at Mass and tell us to read it at home. The Bible is a Catholic book. I read it and became Catholic. I note you could not respond to my actual post. I reject your traditions of men and will stay in Christ’s Catholic Church. Adios.
