On Christmas Eve, Pope Francis opened the “Holy Door,” previously called the “five sacred portals.”
This marks the beginning of the Catholic Church’s Jubilee Year, a tradition rich in symbolism.
Ten children from around the world walked through the door, followed by 54 worshippers from different countries.
This sacred event is held by the Vatican every 25 years.

Many people in the church are not happy with Pope Francis and his actions. For example, he has met with transgenders and then bashed Jews.
Pope Francis is know to protect sex abusers and not the children they abuse.
