The current pipe bomber case is falling flat on its face, and the leadership of the DOJ and FBI is looking more and more like fools.
This is really sad. Many of us really liked Kash and Dan and Pam, but this year’s performance has been horrible. The pipe bomber story is a case in point.
The pipe bomber incident is significant because it allowed Pelosi to take over the joint session at the Capitol on January 6 and push the vote through to certify Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election. (This was noted in the book – The Steal – Volume III: The Cover-Up)
Suddenly, out of nowhere, in early November 2025, a story broke at the Blaze where the suspected pipe bomber from Jan 6 was identified. Steve Baker, who was at Jan 6, believed he had identified the pipe bomber. She was a former Capitol police woman who moved on to the CIA six months after the event.
The Blaze reported:
A software algorithm that analyzes walking parameters including flexion (knee bend), hip extension, speed, step length, cadence, and variance rated Shauni Rae Kerkhoff, 31, of Alexandria, Va., as a 94% match to the bomb suspect shown on video from Jan. 5, 2021. The veteran analyst who ran the analysis for Blaze News said that based on visual observations the program can struggle with, he personally pegged the match at closer to 98%.
Kerkhoff, who was a Capitol Police officer for four and a half years, left the department in mid-2021 for a security detail at the Central Intelligence Agency, sources told Blaze News.
This was evidently why the pipe bomber waved at Capitol Police on the night before Jan 6.

Ed Martin, the one guy who seems to be getting something done in the DOJ, shared four tweets with the letters P I P E. This appeared to confirm the news from the Blaze, but then he took two of the tweets down.

We learned more about the suspected pipe bomber. She was at Jan 6, testified against Jan 6ers, and was seen that day shooting down on innocent people at the Capitol with rubber bullets.

However, DOJ and FBI leadership were enraged by the report from The Blaze.
CBS jumped in and came out with an alibi for Ms. Kerkhoff – she was playing with her puppies that night.
This report did not originate from the DOJ or FBI, but was accepted as fact by anyone who didn’t like the connection made by Steve Baker.
Then, in early December, nearly five years from the pipe bomber incident, the DOJ and FBI announced they had the real pipe bomber. He was a young black man who had some type of mental disorder.
The major problem with this story is that the person running the case is the same woman from the DOJ who ran the Jan 6 cases that falsely imprisoned over a thousand innocent men and women.

The pipe bomber was reportedly pinged in the area the night of Jan 5. However, there are numerous issues with the story.

According to Steve Baker, the DOJ and FBI are in a quandry.
You really only have two choices regarding Brian Cole as the alleged J6 pipe bomber:
1 – Trump’s DOJ/FBI – fully aware of Cole’s mental disability – coerced him into a confession without an attorney present. As such, the entire case should be thrown out.

A CBS investigative reporter interviewed the puppies at length and can confirm the alibi is true.
