New California sends delegates to DC in continuing effort to become the 51st state.

New California State sent for the second time in over a year “Delegate Representatives” to Washington DC to continue the process of joining the Union of States called the United States of America.
New California State Delegates Representatives Roseann DiCostanzo, Senator, Orange County, Karen Ginkel, Assembly Member, Santa Clara County and Josh Disney, Assembly Member, San Benito County were tasked with the scheduling of meetings and presentation of papers necessary for the statehood process to move forward. Meeting with some members of the House of Representatives and their staff turned out to be an added plus.
In February 2023 Delegate Representatives Patty Plumb, Assembly Member, Shasta County and Josh Disney, Assembly Member, San Benito County were dispatched to set in motion the statehood process to Washington DC. Now over a year later the process continues with three Delegate Representatives who arrived Monday July 8, 2024. New California State anticipates as many as 10 Delegate Representatives returning to Washington DC starting July 22, 2024 to make the case of statehood.
The process to become a state in the Union was set in motion on January 15, 2018, when New California State declared independence from the state of California in Marysville, CA. Since the Declaration of Independence was read New California State proclaimed 190 Grievances around the state, conducted 12 Constitutional Conventions, established a Legislature with a Senate and Assembly, executive and judicial branches, held over 100 town halls and hearings, filed two lawsuits against the state of California, filed 3 Amicus to the U.S. Supreme Court and chartered 56 whole or part of counties into New California State. Now the next part of the statehood process is to request statehood status from Congress.

Is it possible to get some clarification on a few things? What is the purpose of stressing the fact that it has been over a year since a delegate has been to DC? It appears that possibly 3 representatives have been in DC for approx. 5 days and there is anticipation of the possibility of as many as 10 people maybe returning to DC starting in 9 days. By RETURN, do you mean that it will be a second trip for them or are they from there originally? Wouldn’t they have flights booked and hotel reservations especially in an election year with huge possibilities of riots and other civil disorder. do they have hearings scheduled with congress? If so, WHEN? Please explain the process of addressing congress. Do they expect to be successful and return to CA with complete control of the state of CA? In your list of efforts put forth so far, you mentioned 2 lawsuits against CA, What was the basis for those suits and what is the outcome? Please also provide case numbers. You then mentioned that they “filed 3 Amicus to the U.S. Supreme Court” An Amicus isn’t really a thing it is typically a type of brief filed in anticipation of, in response to or in addition to a prior or pending case. Can you please provide info. including filing dates and case numbers. What is the basis of addressing the SCOTUS at this time? Lastly. you stated that they had “chartered 56 whole or part of counties into New California State”. Is the plan to take control of existing counties and give them a new set of operating instructions or are they going to wipe the slate clean and redraw everything to their liking? Are the citizens going to be allowed to state an opinion in the matter or will this be a complete take-over? If the counties are redrawn, are the land owners going to be bound by the new California rules? What will become of Prop 13? Prop 218? Prop 26? What will happen to the existing State constitution? Millions of business owners and land owners have invested their entire lives under current conditions, will they just be told that there is a new boss in town and here is the new set of rules, abide by them or give up your entire life’s efforts and your family’s legacy and get out? Well I got some answers but not to my questions. They seem to be stuck on a very few talking points and always say go to the website and sit in a zoom call.. I suppose that’s par for the course because those zoom calls are just bitch sessions complaining about the state and looking for funding for their own personal living expenses.

Gee Wilikers S You sure do seem angry.. “PAID OPPOSITION”? REALLY?? There is nothing to be opposed to. It is seems to be nothing more than a few people with a fantasy phone call a couple times per week looking for donations to live on.. What FUD has been spread by me? All I did was ask for a little more info to clarify some things. I’d like to know what has been filed with the courts. ALL is publicly available but I couldn’t find anything.. If info was supplied, you might not be so gosh darned angry

Once statehood is achieved it is my understanding that we will go back to the original California constitution with a few modern inclusions.
Our current California constitution has been altered over 900 times since inception.
We will then have new elections hand counted paper ballots and vote for our new representatives.

I have been to the website many times and I have sat in on over a couple dozen of your Zoom calls. Every time one of my questions is asked, Paul (?) starts mumbling, stuttering, bouncing between sentences, talking about Virginia, and repeating the word “constitution” over and over and then does a Biden move and abruptly says LOOK, It will happen sooner than later and often stating that it will be a done deal up “before the next election”. I did not ask a single thing that you answered. I have heard “behind the scenes”, and “big things happening” hundreds of times always with a promise that “NEXT TIME” this info will be given. The article above is one of the strangest things I have ever read, Nothing makes any sense, so I asked for clarification. I would think that a journalist would want to be clear and understood. All I got was there may or may not be 3 people wondering aimlessly in DC with absolutely nothing on schedule.. Doesn’t anyone realize that the term “statehood achieved” will entail taking control of millions of lives, properties, business’ infrastructure, and everything else without the consent of anyone. The way you all talk about it is like you think you are diving up a pack of gum when in reality you seem to think that overnight you will take complete control of the 5th largest and most complicated economy in the world. In the past year I haven’t seen a single commitment made with a solid date that was kept. The self proclaimed almighty ruler (governor pro-tem) (yet another misused term) can’t finish a sentence when asked a very simple question. They don’t even have so much as a pre law student for legal advice, yet the state has close to 10,000 attorneys on payroll. None of the legal issues that they seem to be bragging about make any sense at all.. “filed 3 Amicus to the U.S. Supreme Court” is just a bizarre statement with no meaning whatsoever. I do not expect to get any answers, but I will check back just in case. . this whole thing is so embarrassing to see people so out of touch with reality. I hope the people funding the leaders aren’t being inconvenienced too much
