I personnaly asked Sheriff Bianco, and he does not extend his belief in freedom to constitutional carry.

The others you mention are, indeed, failed movements with no legal path to success.
NCS is following the West Virginia model, which became a state in 1861 by seperating from Virginia: all constitutional under Article IV.
Oregon has been trying to do this for many years. Hope to God it happens, but there is too much opposition and lobbyists for the Democrats.

I would love to see our state split in two. New California would be created from the conservative parts of the state. This new state would most likely have 2 Republican Senators. I just see no circumstance that the Democrat State legislature would approve of this before it can be sent to the US Congress.
No approval required from the current CA legislature.

the US congress needs to approve it.
