     However, the area taxpayers will be on the hook for hundreds of millions in infrastructure revamping and renovations that Obummer called "a gift" to the area because it's "been needing it for so long".
     When all that is completed, of course the area land and home values will skyrocket and the former poor residents (that gave the 'Southside" it's name) will be forced out, so wealthy democrats can buy it all up and live close to their deity's monstrosity.
