Fox2Now News goes into detail about the lawsuit:
The lawsuit cites a Missouri statute that makes it illegal “to intentionally cause, aid, or assist a minor to obtain an abortion without parental consent in another state.”
Bailey also links Planned Parenthood to several other alleged violations, including a half-decade of health-code violations that led to Planned Parenthood’s facility in Columbia shutting down in 2018. He also claims there was a 15-year period in which the organization failed to comply with state laws in filing reports when women experienced medical complications from abortions.
Filling Josh Hawleys seat was a challenge and AG Andrew Bailey aces it! Was concerned losing Hawley but Bailey has stepped right up.
