– Foreign policy establishment can fund groups that effectively work with prosecutors domestically or that work at media, dual sort of dual use
– To give them foreign grants to do media propaganda abroad but they operate here, or social media censorship to coerce foreign countries to pass foreign censorship laws that explicitly and are intended to attack US social media companies and in US peer-to-peer speech

Obama signed the Smith-Mundt *MODERNIZATION* Act. Yes, it allowed propaganda to be directed to the american people. He repealed protections within the original act.
I’m THRILLED that people are starting to wake up to this. I was yelling about this to whoever would listen for the last 5 years. And many media outlets became part of the “Trusted News Initiative” – a CIA funded effort to have media outlets form a “solid wall” to censor the truth and promote a desired outcome.
