New video evidence showing the events of the morning of May 17 at the PGA make the Louisville Police Department look really bad.
On the morning of May 17, the world’s number one golfer, Scottie Scheffler was pulled over outside the entrance to the clubhouse where the PGA was being held and arrested on charges that could put him in prison for 10 years.
BREAKING: No 1 Golfer in the World, Scottie Scheffler, Arrested Before Today’s Round of PGA
Needless to say, this event likely cost Scheffler the championship and negatively impacted his game.
A video came out earlier this week that showed that golfer Scheffler slowed down to enter the golf course where the tournament was being held. He never assaulted the policeman who claimed that he did and the policeman was into Scheffler’s face almost immediately. The person committing assault appears to be the policeman.

A newly released video shows that the Louisville police officer who assaulted Scheffler never told the world’s number one golfer that he was a policeman. WTH
Boy. This just keeps looking worse for Louisville PD. The double down is wild.
“If someone tells you to stop, you stop” is just ignorant “advice”…especially for the No. 1 golfer in the world who is trying to get safely behind the gate and away from randos wanting autographs. https://t.co/CyyKZmSN8Y

For now, the Louisville PD is lucky it is not being sued by the PGA and Scottie Scheffler.
