Kash Patel Reportedly Removed One FBI Director Related to Artic Frost – Four More To Go

Last week, we reported on five current FBI Heads who were related to Arctic Frost – the name for Jack Smith’s illegal spying on top Republicans.  One of these corrupt FBI Heads was removed; four more to go.

Here is what we wrote about five current FBI leaders still working at the FBI as reported by the Oversight Project.

We learned this week that one of the five dirty cops at the FBI involved in Arctic Frost was removed.

Far-left reporter Ken Dilanian at MSNBC reported on the firing of the FBI Head in San Antonio.

New: Two people familiar with the matter tell @CarolLeonnig and me that FBI Director Kash Patel is forcing out the special agent in charge in San Antonio, whose name appeared in documents recently released by Senate Republicans detailing the “Arctic Frost” investigation into Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Aaron Tapp had been named to the post last year. He is a 22 year FBI veteran who specialized in fraud, financial crimes and cyber, according to his LinkedIn profile.

One down, four to go.

We will never gain justice as long as bad actors are running the FBI under Kash Patel.  These individuals should have been removed nearly 11 months ago.

The Oversight Project originated under the Heritage Foundation and has since become a separate entity.

For the past three years, The Oversight Project has been at the forefront of releasing information to the American public. Notably, the group fought to secure the release of the audio from President Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur, shedding light on concerns about Biden’s cognitive state and drawing attention to his inability to lead the country, which contributed to the former president withdrawing from the 2024 presidential race. Additionally, the project recently released groundbreaking information regarding President Biden’s use of the autopen during his presidency. And leading up to the 2024 election, The Oversight Project exposed election integrity-related issues, including releasing video footage of non-citizens in multiple swing states admitting they were registered to vote, exposing a charity that was distributing fraudulent residency documents, and tracking the movements of illegal immigrants throughout the country.

Throw out the garbage, Kash.  It’s November already.

        • Exactly! Watergate was a "single-pronged attack" on our political system. This is outright war against the country and the American people. There is no comparison, legitimately, between the simple break-in and bugging of some empty democrat offices in the Watergate complex, and this full-out weaponization of federal agencies against the American people.

          • WaterGate was private citizens.
            ObamaGate is weaponized Federal Agencies.
If private citizens go to prison, Federal employees should get decades in prison. In my opinion.

          • I don't know what you mean that Watergate was "private citizens". The people that did finally end up going to prison were part of Nixon's administration. Those that actually committed the break-in were all paid by government funds especially the money paid to keep them quiet came straight out of a White House safe!

          • Private citizens, did not work for the Federal Gruberment.
ObamaGate is Federal Gruberment Agencies and Federal employees.

          • Those "private citizens" were all being paid by funds coming out of the White House! Straight from the "Plumbers" office…the office that was tasked with finding "leaks". Even some of the guys caught in the break-in were employed by the White House or had direct lines to the White House or CIA. They weren't legitimately "private citizens" because it was all coordinated, conspiratorially, by the "Nixon White House".

          • The WaterGate people may have worked for Nixon. They were not employed by the CIA(Brennan), FBI(Comey, Wray), DOJ(Holder, Lynch, Garland) etc. There are literally several thousand Federal Gruberment employees involved in this Criminal Conspiracy against the Constitution and Laws of the United States of America.
This Criminal Conspiracy by people working for us, We The People in Order to Establish a Government, of the People, by the People and for the People, of the United States of America, is hundreds of times worse than anything the WaterGate Plumbers did. All of the Criminals involved in ObamaGate, thousands, need to go to prison for decades to discourage another Criminal Conspiracy, exactly like ObamaGate from happening again.
So, STOP trying to equivocate ObamaGate with WaterGate.

          • Whoa! I'm not trying to "equivocate ObamaGate with Watergate"! I'm saying just the opposite. Biden's weaponization of the federal agencies is thousands of times worse than Watergate! What I am saying is that the people involved in Watergate were NOT private citizens, though.

          • No. Remind me…it sounds interesting and now I'm curious! My only guess, and a guess is all it is, is that it was a young hillary. Can't think of anyone else that could be around that time (early 70s).

          • And the MSM was not nearly as "owned" by the democrat party as they are now. Well, they didn't seem to be, anyway.

        • Watergate was a CIA operation to take Nixon down, and then swamper Ford , pardoned him to avoid trial discovery.

      • Maybe, instead of using the government agencies as political weapons, Kash is following the law and building legitimate cases against each of these people. Not just for dismissal, but eventual prosecution. I pray this is the case. Keeping in mind that the "judges" may very well be radical activist democrats, the cases, each one individually, must be rock solid to survive extremely biased democrat judges…and quite possibly, extremely biased democrat jurors. Just a thought.

        • Giving them time to hide/burn/destroy evidence buy off witnesses, leak info to bias any jury pool. They ALL stink and they ALL should be gone. WE should not have a police state our founders and framers foresaw this mess.

          • Granted. I totally agree with you…but we are not the democrats and we have to do this the legal way. Besides, most of what they try to do ends up "blowing up in their faces". We can do this legitimately and legally or they will win in court with their rabid, activist judges!

          • We will “do this the legal way” which means two things we’ll lose on technicalities because THEY own the JUST US system from end to end.

          • So you would prefer that we do it the illegal way…like the democrats? We are not like them. We do not do things the way they do. It may take us longer because our charges and evidence are real, but they DO NOT OWN US! They only own us if we cheat like they do.

          • So you expect and believe that we can through a compromised JUST US system achieve a proper outcome?
            —-
They’re white collar enemy combatants and this whole debacle should be handled in a military court since they are soldiers working in concert to overthrow our legally codified government, deny our votes, and our legally won right to pursue an agenda different than theirs ie deny the peaceful transition of power which is exactly what J6 was all about….according to them.
            —-
IMO we’ll “investigate” until the statue of limitations runs out and it’ll be mission accomplished FOR THEM.
            —-
That was EXACTLY what Blondi did with Ed Martin over Schumer.

          • Of course we can achieve a proper outcome through our "justice" system. But we have to do it the legal way and it will not be "instant justice" like we'd all prefer. And as much as I would love to see military tribunals, there are legitimate reasons that "option" cannot be used at this time. We have to follow the law. Otherwise, what is the point. We'd be just doing what the filthy, degenerate democrats do. I know it would feel good…I'd love to just gather a bunch of them up and thrown them into a dungeon somewhere…but we don't have that option and we are making progress. It's slow, but it's sure.

          • Indictments and trials should be moved out of Virginia and Maryland.
            Bureaucratic State bedroom communities.

          • Maybe even my adopted home state Idaho BUT even here Kohlberger was allowed to plead guilty and serve a life sentence after murdering all those kids.

          • We’ll follow it to full on socialism/communism. The unelected, unaccountable rulers in robes have already overthrown the last election, our leader, our agenda and by waiting we’ll ensure their success.

          • All I can say is that we are about 10 months into this new Administration and we are definitely making progress…and not slow progress either. President Trump and his Administration are breaking down, kicking out, and overcoming the bureaucratic state…one day at at time. It's that, or nothing. And President Trump is winning in the SCOTUS. Not every case, but a very high percentage…and definitely the most important cases..with more to come. I see no reason for that to change. The majority of the Justices are ruling according to the Constitution…not other garbage liberal ideas as the three liberal justices are doing.

I'm not willing to give up hope and I'm not willing to give up on our Republic. But we have to do this the right way or what other option do we really have? Cheat and lie and murder like the democrats?

          • Thankfully I’m old and over all of my years there’s never been a reversal of the communist party’s gains. We keep repeating the same things and what’s going on right now proves the validity of my observations. The commiecrats are denying the rights of 77 MILLION LEGAL Americans who voted for not just DJT but the agenda he and his administration are working tirelessly to achieve while congress is working hard without the consent of the governed to do exactly what they want. In the past the MSM was enough to strike fear into any career destination republican. Today the MSM has lost virtually all credibility, now the responsibility to keep America and American’s on track to socialism and the NWO has fallen to their last line of defense the unelected, unaccountable rulers in robes. THEY are successfully using the law which you treasure as their foil and shield and it’s only through our indoctrination that we’ll endure being violated endlessly by them as we wait patiently for justice to prevail. AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN

          • I disagree that the "unelected, unaccountable rulers in robes" are successfully using the law…they are losing in the end. Sure, they are putting up illegitimate roadblocks, but they are being shot down. They are not sustaining but the smallest percentage of those cases. And the SCOTUS is going to uphold what we voted for…Constitutional law!

I'm old too…77 this month. But this time, we are NOT just waiting patiently for justice to prevail. We are, in fact, fighting back and winning. It's slow, but it is most definitely happening.

          • Well can you name even 5 federal elected officials or presidents who ever were held accountable. It strains my gray matter.

          • Considering this administration is only a few months into the term, no, I cannot name any federal elected officials or presidents who were held accountable. I'm not arguing that the past was NOT exactly as you stated. I completely agree with you. I'm arguing that the present administration has significant potential…and we are moving, significantly, in the right direction. District Court judges, Appeals Court judges…they are being overturned and dismissed. That is major progress. Look at the SCOTUS rulings…specifically the authority of the Executive to run the Executive Branch! That's a major win!

          • IMO 7 of 9 of SCOTUS are NOT constitutionalists in any way. Roberts is the chief facilitator of OBAMACIDE which is a cornerstone of socialism along with the income tax code vs handing it back to CONgress to re-write it into a tax vs a mandate. Then there comes the 3 majorly outspoken liberal morons on the bench.
            —-
Our (??) legal system is a living thing because of precedent modification of the law via decisions as the “system” has sought to close the gap of gray between black and white and in doing so has created a gargantuan mess. A seemingly simple decision rendered in the 1800’s regarding who was covered by our constitution opened Pandora’s box regarding immigration and open borders and every decision since that time in that regard has evolved from it. Today we have a whole court system that has evolved to address immigration and the totality of failure is staggering.
            —-
The judiciary has risen to a level above all other branches of government by their own careful work over ~200 years along with the indoctrinators of higher ed creating a culture of undeniable reverence for the “law” and those who administer it. We can kid ourselves that we’re winning this war by winning a few battles but they still hold most of the aces in this card game vs the public.

          • So much of what you say is absolutely on target! But I honestly think we are moving away from seemingly "full reliance" on precedents. The Dobbs decision was a perfect example. And the same thing is going to happen with Obergefell…that idiotic ruling on "sexual deviancy" marriage. And there are other cases in the last SCOTUS session that defied established "precedents" also. To me, it seems they are going back, beyond precedent, to actual consideration of the Constitution. And that is all that we really need. Too many precedents don't reflect the constitutional authority.

Roberts is susceptible to blackmail because of his past illegal actions…plural. That's just a fact. But the other five justices, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Cavanaugh, and ACB, are consistently following the Constitution…not always for all of them, but significantly so. The two useless, ignorant, liberal women and that DEI "autopen" piece of racist garbage, jackson, will never follow the Constitution because 1) they don't know what it is, 2) they are too stupid to understand it even if they did know what it is, and 3) they are incredibly low-intellect, radical activist "judges" that 'can't see the forest for the trees' and should NOT be allowed anywhere near the Supreme Court!

          • The court is supposed to be apolitical ie focused on what our founders and framers believed and their intent was vs what the current elitists have been allowed to pursue. IMO the entire court system from end to end should be on term limits, right along with CONgress and all lower court justices.
            —-
If it’s good enough for the president it’s good enough for ALL of them. At least IF the ballot box isn’t stuffed and there’s proper election oversight WE will be a government of the people, by the people and for the people vs what we’re enduring now and have for all of my life.

          • Yep…the court is supposed to be apolitical. But just as chucky schumer, the idiot #1 "palestinian", said…they were nominating judges that would support the left's agenda. They are supposed to be nominating judges that would uphold the Constitution! The democrats aren't interested in justice or the Constitution. They are only interested in their own power and they will do anything to maintain that power…to "heck" with the Republic…legality, morality and ethics be damned!

There is a legitimate reason the justices of the SCOTUS are lifetime appointments. However, I agree that all judges below the SCOTUS level should be not only on term limits but should suffer the consequences of strict reviews when being overturned regularly. Especially when they exceed their authority and jurisdictions!

          • Why not SCOTUS? If we set up a rotating schedule such that like senators there can’t be a wholesale R & R ie coup de etat what’s the problem? As it stands with lifetime appointments there could be enough attrition from illness or death to provide one political party that opportunity. Additionally, I don’t believe that being a constitutional jurist is complicated in any other way than by people who are not immersing themselves into the mindset, hearts and intent of the founders and framers. Their meddling in the broad scope of rights of Americans has only made a mess ditto for who the constitution covers in a legal sense regarding illegal occupants, anchor babies and those who happen to be on our soil ie not naturalized or natural born Americans. No one in their right mind would succumb using the aforementioned values (not their own beliefs) that the founders would’ve agreed with even a small portion of what our government is involved in or the travesties which have been made to facilitate socialism such as income tax code wealth redistribution or healthcare let alone financing government’s functions in any way aside from tariffs.
            —-
ALL of our judicial systems at every level need to reject precedent law ENTIRELY. If legislators made bad laws those laws should be removed and replaced if needed. IMO though there were 10 good laws given centuries ago plus the golden rule. Laws make great guidelines for bringing legal cases for judgement by juries but lousy tools for enforcing the punishments. Punishments if necessary should be on a case by case basis meted out by juries without guidance of judges in any way I also don’t believe that prior verdicts and charges shouldn’t be fair grist for any juries consideration. The justice is blind is super morally correct…..and proven failure.
            —-
When it’s well known that associating with criminals or being part of recurring indictments is grist for a jury’s consideration juries will likely rule much harder. Additionally I don’t believe in unelected parole boards either. Why should some unelected and virtually unaccountable board get to overrule a jury’s decisions regarding punishments? If there’s to be a serious consideration there should again be a court / jury review. Expensive? Yes fairer than letting repeat offenders loose to revisit their victims as is often the case? Yes

          • It came out with Bill Clinton and he still served out his presidency. Ever since that the democrat party et al learned there were virtually no consequences for ANYTHING.

        • It is my understanding that the Aleutian Islands need several federal districts for judges to move to.
Since there will be Federal judges there, probably need to assign about 1,000 FBI agents to the Aleutian Islands, also.

          • I’m sure several of the 95% liberal legal work product pool will start litigating citing unfair treatment etc..
            —-
No one hired them and it seems that it’ll take a super majority of other LAWYERS to impeach them

      • Each is being given an opportunity to talk. If they do them all at once, they don’t have the statements from previous interviews to compare and challenge subsequent agents.

When threatened with being caught in lies, each next interview will likely be more informative.

People wonder why the Grand conspiracy is taking so long… these all tie in.

    • Hopefully, this is just the first step for this piece of garbage…as well as all the others that have been, and will be, dismissed for turning our government into a weapon against their political rivals instead of working FOR the people of this country!

  1. fired! Is this all we get. We are tired of hearing people got fired, like we are suppose to believe something is being done. We want criminal accountability.

  2. The sickening thing about this is no laws were broken. They had legally obtained warrants. What laws were broken? if you want to reply, I request you site the U.S. code that was violated. Otherwise it's just an opinion. I look forward to it, and will appreciate it. The only one who broke the law is judge Boasberg and nobody has the spine necessary to arrest him. I really hope I'm mistaken.

  3. I hope that he lost his pension. And I further hope that Patel is now squeezing the remaining four dirty cops for information about the higher-ups who authorized Arctic Frost. Like Jack Smith Garland and Wray.

  4. First step of process that I voted for. The next set is the perp walk. Right after CNN showing up at 3 am while their homes are raided.

  5. No doubt, this perp is out shopping for lawyers today. So much for lots of presents under the "Hannukah bush!"

  6. Until there are REAL arrests, and trips to Gitmo, the people in the US get mired in depression and hopelessness. Something has to change and change quickly.

  7. An early morning perp walk is more in order than "removal from their post".

These guys participated in an attempted coup.

    • Kash Patel is no joke. Pam Bondi…well the jury is still out. The President seems to think she is doing OK…at least publicly he believes that, but I don't doubt for a second that he will get rid of her if he believes she is not EFFECTIVELY doing her job. Both she and Kash were dropped into hornet's nests! We don't know what's going on within the agencies.

But we do know that there is a lot of "scuttlebutt" about investigations and charges for conspiracies are highly likely based on even the evidence that is out in the public domain. Personally, I don't expect every thought on the part of the investigators to be shared with the public. However, I do expect there to be significant indictments further down the road…not a LOT further down the road, but significant indictments with solid evidence to back them up.

  8. Aaron Tapp’s “specialties” were fraud, financial crimes and cyber. What “expertise” did he possess that Jack Smith needed him on Artic Frost?

Oh, yeah, his hate for Trump and no moral standards.

  9. "Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election"

WRONG – Trump was, and still is, trying to overturn the 2020 ELECTION FRAUD.

  10. It’s sad that we had FBI leaders who participated in the illegal activities rather than stop them or report them.

    • It's what democrats do. Unfortunately democrats in positions of power and/or authority are unable to function as decent, law-abiding human beings. And when it comes to public service, their pursuit of individual and personal advantage overcomes any duty they have to their oaths. Democrats are garbage.

  11. President Trump should have fired every single Eff Bee Lie Agent and started over from scratch. When a piece of wood is termite infested you don't just remove the termites. The same with the Eff Bee Lie. It's so badly infested with traitors the organization is compromised.

  12. At the least prosecute them for a felony . . . otherwise those roaches will just crawl over to the DOJ . . . and it's already overran with them.

  13. What does "removed" mean when it comes to Patel?
Were these goons "fired" or just moved to another office?

  14. New Comey Emails and personal written notes
showing he was aware in 2016 about Hillary’s plan.
He wrote he would be soon working for President
    elect Hillary Clinton.
Comey was communicating with employees thru
private emails, exactly what he was accusing
    Hillary of doing.

  15. Kash and Bondi are two horrific pics by Trump. Until someone that will ARREST these people occupies each of those positions this all becomes a joke !

  16. What everyone must remember about NBC's Ken Dilanian:
During his tenure at the Los Angeles Times from April 2010 to May 2014, Dilanian routinely submitted drafts of his stories to the CIA for approval, explicitly promising "positive news coverage".

Does anyone believe Dilanian has changed his ways?

  17. Until these Dem agents are perp walked from the office, and /or arrested, not much is happening!!!
Kash, we want arrests and prosecutions.

  18. Wow! They commit treason and they lose their job!! Now THAT is accountability, Republican-style! Next up: They get their job back in a different department.
There are stiffer penalties in my son’s 10th grade classroom for looking at yourjohone during class. What a joke.
    Don’t fire them, ARREST THEM.
    WE DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

  19. 18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

  20. Losing your job is just a side effect of breaking the law, and not a punishment for doing so. Until people go to jail for their crimes, nothing is going to change in DC.

    • Unfortunately, you don't know what you are talking about. The FBI, this current FBI, even though still cleaning out the garbage democrat traitors, has been working hard and the results so far are actually quite amazing. It may not be what you specifically would like to see in terms of indictments, but they are taking down major players and making America safer for all of us. And every day we hear about the results of their hard work. Just imagine what is going on that we aren't aware of! Compare all this to the weaponized FBI of that disgusting Biden. You have to be completely ignorant of what is currently being done by the FBI to make a stupid statement like the one you did! Kash Patel is a blessing to every U.S. Citizen and should strike fear in the hearts of the corrupt and dishonest. He and his people are coming after them…and they will exposed and the consequences for their actions will be significant.

      • If he was serious about cleaning up the FBI he would have fired a lot more people than he has. Kash Patel immediately lied to our face about the Epstein case, and promoted a key FBI official in the J6 investigations. He's still pretending they are investigating who planted the J6 pipe bombs, even though they've known who it was since the beginning. It was an FBI false flag. He's only pretending to do something now, because he's taking heat for being a hypocrite and flying the FBI plane to see his girlfriend's concerts, and shutting down Tulsi Gabbard and Joe Kent's access to FBI files while investigating foreign involvement in the Charlie Kirk assassination. He's a complete compromised fraud that needs to be replaced immediately.
