AND, I wonder how often allowing bad people to escape the real justice they may deserve is the price to get info to go after someone above (think street level drug dealer giving up his supplier to avoid jail or conviction of selling.).

     • Yes it's a problem, but Trump needs to have a backup plan instead of just giving up every time one out of 1,000 federal district judges blocks something. Instead what usually happens is he loses in court and the issue is dropped and he moves on to the next thing. He can push congress to eliminate troublesome courts. He can push congress to strip jurisdiction from courts to rule on certain matters. He can pick his strongest case and ignore the judge's ruling and explain why. For someone who acts so tough, he folds incredibly fast whenever a lib judge tries to block him.

           I sincerely recognize your outrage and desire for EQUAL justice and I also believe the ~77 MILLION of legal American citizen voters share our sentiment. Laws make great guidelines but judgement delivered by juries of our peers using law as justification for prosecution IMO should be the norm. Throw precedent law out the door because it effectively modifies the “law” on the fly. We are in a never ending history repeating loop of civil society failure by the indoctrinated belief that the precision of words as law vs the intent of it will protect and preserve the civil society. IF the creation of law and the volume of them has proven to be of any tangible benefit to the masses of our civil society I can’t see it. The more laws that are made and the more lawyers there are I believe has been no less than a metastasized cancer as it exists, inoperable and terminal.
