The far-left is crying because the corrupt DOJ’s bogus case against President Trump in Florida is falling apart.
U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon has handed another win to former President Donald Trump in his classified documents case, telling special counsel Jack Smith to effectively hand over all classified materials to a jury for scrutiny or risk a Trump acquittal by refusing to do so.
The far-left Daily Beast shared last night that the judge in Florida is calling Jack Smith’s bluff.
Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith must now choose whether to allow jurors at the upcoming criminal trial to peruse the many classified records found at the former president’s South Florida mansion or give jurors instructions that would effectively order them to acquit him.
Alternatively, Smith could appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, where more experienced judges have already overturned Cannon and reined her in. But doing that will only further delay a trial that’s at least three months behind schedule, entirely by the judge’s own design. (She froze the investigation and tried to slow-roll document review until the appellate court forced her to stop.)
It is clear that this case is total BS. The President, no matter who he is, has the ultimate right to determine what documents are his and what documents belong with the archives. Only the President can make this determination.
Biden/Obama’s corrupt DOJ argues that they have the final say on what documents they can take from the Trump Administration. They also believe that they can raid President Trump’s home and steal any documents they want.
These are the goons who should be on trial.
President Trump had every right to take the documents he took with him when he left the White House. The DOJ has no right to raid his home and steal any documents from President Trump.

People like Jack Smith have no soul. He knows what he is doing is wrong but he goes forward with the nonsense anyway, in pursuit of a completely unconstitutional and illegal agenda. What people in the MSM and the rest of the commies fail to talk about is that Trump had his second term stolen from him. All these Kangaroo court cases against Trump would not be happening had the 2020 presidential election not been a fraud. These idiots can gaslight this issue all they want.
