Mike Benz listed these three crimes.  There are 3 criminal charges Boasberg could immediately be arrested for over the Arctic Frost scandal. The third criminal charge would arrest Jack Smith as a co-conspirator with Judge Boasberg.

Benz bases his report on a piece by Sean Davis.

It is a violation of federal law (2 U.S.C. 6628) to prevent data carriers from informing the Senate of the collection of its data. Boasberg wrote an illegal order to ban the Senate from being informed, because that same law REQUIRES federal courts to quash the data collection upon a motion by the U.S. Senate to do so.

Boasberg oversees the most corrupt cases in DC and destroys justice.

It was reported that Boasberg blocked President Trump’s actions against the Censorship Industrial Complex.

Now we find out that Boasberg is tied to Communist China.

It’s clear that the Deep State is unable to arrest itself.  It’s time for real action to bring justice.  Perhaps military tribunals should take place.

  2. The DOJ is trying so hard to have airtight cases to overcome the Leftist tyrants, that they'll never arrest anyone. How airtight the case is doesn't matter since Leftist judges just ignore law anyway. I say arrest and perp walk and let some Leftists feel the suffering those on the Right have felt, the process is the punishment.

    • Waiting for 'airtight cases' didn't seem to stop the Ras Baraka charges, James Comey or Letitia James charges. Not to mention Elissa Slotkin, Mark Kelly et al, or David Hearn, or the Sandwich Guy.

        • That’s a bit of a stretch. Half of those cases were either voluntarily dropped (Baraka, Hearn) or couldn’t even meet the “indict a ham sandwich” standard to get past a grand jury. They still got filed anyway though. Feels like there’s probably some middle ground between “airtight” and “utterly moronic, fell at the first hurdle” that might be worth exploring.

    • With this judiciary the DOJ would have a difficult time getting a conviction even if they have an airtight case.

    • I have to agree, probably can't get a conviction no matter the proof. But we can get some satisfaction by arresting, detaining, and sweating large numbers of suspected bad guys. Some will start getting scared and may fill in some blanks. If I can't get the top cats, I will gladly settle for many lesser dudes.

    • For a prosecutor to make an arrest there has to be a reasonable chance for a conviction. Think about how corrupt the DC, NVA, and MD court system is. These are the same judges who went after Trump. DC is %99.9 Democrat. Anyone charged by a Trump DoJ prosecutor for opposing Trump would get an instant get out of jail free card. And then they could never be charged again. Congress has to impeach Judge Boasburg. That is only way to fix this.

  42. You're calling for an arrest Joe, but what jurisdiction or what Judge would oversee the case if it even got that far. Most of the judges are either corrupt or activists. Boasberg and Smith will have to be tried in a military court before any justice will ever see the light.

  44. Hmmm….Something interesting has been going on since Trump became President again, but very few have been talking about it…because a lot of what he has been putting in place has not been activated yet.

    Let me address the confusion because I have also asked the same question…WHY AREN'T THESE OBVIOUS CORRUPT ACTIVIST JUDGES BEEN ARRESTED, DISBARRED AND BEHIND BARS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES?

    The answer isn't simple, nor is the ability to eliminate those that are part of destroying this nation on purpose for who and what they really align with. SOCIALISTS, MARXISTS, COMMUNISTS and ISLAMIST'S.

    The simple term is THE DEEP STATE, and I wish it could be as easy as the clear evidence of those that are traitors, have committed treason, are enemies of the State from within…but the cover power, the layers of protection, have to be eliminated and that usually begins from the bottom of the pyramid of protection, and that is WHY we have not seen actions taken..yet.

    But what is NOT being talked about is the HUNDREDS of IMMIGRATION JUDGES that have been put in place by this administration and the CORRUPT JUDGES that have been exposed while doing so. From what I understand, and what Trump has experienced himself, it's obvious the HUGE AMOUNT OF ACTIVISTS in our courts, government agencies, law firms, law schools, education at all levels and even the pulpits of most churches in America that are all part of their web of protection, and they are protected by the ACTIVISTS in all formats of social, mainstream and celebrity/podcast media.

    I see TWO scenarios. One is, before the Congressional elections, all the evidence that has been gathered to expose JUDGES, THE FBI, ETC with connections to the Chinese Communist Party that we know is DEEPLY embedded in our educational system, and how the ACTIVISM begins in the next generation. It's taught and what most "teachers" and "professors" are in reality and WHY the Teachers Unions have to do everything to lower grade point averages to get "students" to be able to even graduate High School, let alone many Colleges. It's all attached.

    The SECOND thought I have is, Trump has deemed Vice President JD Vance as THE FRAUD CZAR, and it is not an overreach that he will expose TRILLIONS IN TAXPAYER DOLLARS IN FRAUD THAT WILL CONNECT MANY (past, present) INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT, ETC THAT CAUSED, CREATED, AIDED and ABETTED IT!…AND EXPOSE THEM WITH THE EVIDENCE ALL AMERICANS WILL SEE AND REALIZE A LOT OF THE PAIN, PRICE INCREASES, PEOPLE HARMED WERE DONE ON PURPOSE TO GAIN POWER AND STEAL TAXPAYER DOLLARS.

    I think, and I could be wrong, but the evidence I see in the being very careful, legally and by enforcing laws on the books already that the corrupt are trying to stop, but they are already laws, are things no one in Congress, any Court or higher can stop…but won't be used until all the evidence is iron clad, all wiggle room taken out and JD VANCE GOES AFTER NAMING THEM OPENLY BEFORE THE NEXT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.

    As far as just Judge Boasberg, I know that evidence as been quietly been gathered exposing all his connection to the Chinese Communist Party, and maybe he will be the DOMINO that will be tipped to the chain reaction to many of the other DOMINOES he has protected from being prosecuted…but that's only my guess. I think when HE FALLS, we are gonna see something HUGE happen that starts filling up many prisons or, in my opinion what should happen, charged with treason.

You can bet Boasturd can recite case law or some statute that justifies his "breaking the law". As many have mentioned no arrest will stick as any judge he stands before will drop the charges and rule the charges cannot be refiled. As far as impeaching this creature forget it. A good chunk of them as they wind through the various courts eventually get overturned after lot of money, time, and personnel get used. You start arresting judges for their RULINGS not only will the good judges turn against President Trump and his agenda the Dems will have an issue they will play to the hilt.   194. Federal judges can be prosecuted without first being impeached, which is good. The issue here is that an unlawful order isn’t automatically a crime.

    For 18 U.S.C. 242, prosecutors would have to prove Boasberg used his judicial authority willfully to deprive someone of a federal right, with the unlawfulness sufficiently clear under existing law. A mistake of law is unfortunately not enough. That matters because 2 U.S.C. 6628(c) expressly says a Senate service provider can’t be barred by any court order from notifying a Senate office that legal process seeks its Senate data.

    So the criminal issue would be whether Boasberg knowingly used his office with the required intent to deprive someone of that protected right, not merely whether his order was legally wrong.

    If he conspired with others to deprive protected rights, 241 could come into play. If he corruptly sought to obstruct a pending congressional inquiry, 1505 could apply.

    Proving criminal intent and the statutory elements is quite difficult, and he knows that.
