Jack Smith’s Corrupt Acts Overseas Are Back

Jack Smith’s corrupt acts overseas are coming back to the forefront.

In December 2023 we reported here:

Larry Johnson wrote in mid-December that a whistleblower complaint was filed with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 alleging that Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor pursuing Donald Trump, was engaged in an extortion scheme while he was working at the International Court of Justice.

Johnson shared that it is no coincidence that Jack Smith, in the wake of that complaint, made an impromptu move on Monday (December 11) asking the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump had immunity to the charges filed by Smith. The whistleblower’s complaint was filed on November 28, 2023 and Smith, 13 days later decided to bypass the Appeals Courts.  Was Smith realizing his days were limited?

Here is the entire piece:

BOOM: Allegations Jack Smith Involved in Extortion Scheme While Stationed in Europe!

It looks like the facts against Jack Smith have garnered some attention with the new DOJ.  Merrick Garland wouldn’t touch this case because Smith was key to the efforts to imprison President Trump on false charges in corrupt courts.

The following was reported over the weekend.

Whistleblower Complaint Says Special Prosecutor Jack Smith Involved In International CIA Extortion Scheme

(Was I wrong to call out Jack Smiths CIA like propaganda network earlier? Didn’t I call it right?)

Here’s an excerpt on the CIA part from the complaint to Horowitz:

“Halit, born in Kosovo and living in Spain, is an SPO witness who was assigned the
number W04370. His affidavit outlines numerous interactions with Imeri, Jack Smith, Russian
oligarchs, friends and family of Kosovo President Thaci, and others. Halit discusses being
induced into doing the bidding of the Specialist Prosecutors office to extort Russian oligarchs and the family and friends of Thaci in exchange for leniency. Specifically, Imeri directed Halit to find Russian oligarchs who are on the U.S. sanction list so they could offer “assistance” to get them off the list or, for those oligarchs who were not on the list, to keep them off.

Imeri told Halit that the Russian oligarchs would have to (1) sign a contract to work for the “[Central Intelligence] Agency” and provide information about Vladimir Putin, and (2) pay
money into a “black fund for operational expenses.”

Ok now back to the article:

2023 – A new whistleblower filing alleges that Special Counsel Jack Smith, while working at the International Court of Justice, spent years running an overseas extortion ring targeting wealthy and high-profile public officials.

John Francis Moynihan, a former employee of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), submitted an expansive, 118-page complaint through his attorney to Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz, detailing numerous allegations of criminal activity allegedly committed by Smith prior to his appointment as the special prosecutor in two cases against former President Donald Trump.

Smith is named as “an active participant in a scheme that extorted millions of dollars from wealthy individuals targeted for investigation and/or prosecution by the Kosovo Specialist Prosecutor’s Office (SPO). Smith served as the Specialist Prosecutor from May 7, 2018, to November 18, 2022, at which time he was appointed by U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland to serve as the Special Counsel” to investigate Trump.

A separate affidavit alleges that Smith was involved in extorting Russian oligarchs to get (or keep) them off U.S. sanctions list. The oligarchs were told they would have to sign a contract to work for the CIA, provide information about Russian President Vladimir Putin, and pay money into a “black fund” for operational expenses.

Smith also reportedly questioned a wealthy Spanish businessman named Halit Sahitaj over whether Potanin was “still in possession of evidence of corruption by Hillary Clinton” and if that evidence was shared with anyone in the Secret Service.

Sweetie, I’m not certain my posting this will help any. I’m in the same “situation” as you.
