Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner visited one of the kibitz that was attacked on Oct 7. She cried when information on what happened was explained to her.
President Trump’s daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner visited Israel this past week.
Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump toured an Israeli kibbutz that was devastated during the Oct. 7 terrorist attack as a show of solidarity for the Jewish state.
The Jewish couple could be seen tearing up as they conducted a tour of Kibbutz Kfar Aza on Thursday, meeting with IDF soldiers and local residents who shared their stories of the horror that befell their village when Hamas invaded.
The kibbutz, which borders Gaza, was the site of 64 murders and 19 kidnappings, with five of those still believed to be hostages in Hamas’ custody.
The daughter of former US President Donald Trump and her husband were also allowed to step inside the ruins of the homes that were burned and destroyed during the terrorist attack, according to Israel National News.
Both Jared and Ivanka, who were seen wearing bulletproof vests and walking hand in hand, appeared in awe over the sheer devastation as one IDF soldier described the kibbutz before the attack as “the safest, most happiest piece of heaven that you can find.”
The world watched in horror as stories of what happened that day were reported in the press. Hamas terrorists crossed the border near Gaza and killed over 1,400 and kidnapped hundreds.
Young women were taken from a concert nearby and many never returned alive.
